0/10 experience !!!!!!!! I switched my primary doctor after seeing her 3 times. She’s very bossy, dismissive and tell you what’s wrong with you instead of listening to how you feel or your concerns. Another worker warned me about her but I didn’t take it seriously since it was my second visit. The next, and last time I seen her she walked in the room. She told me there is no way to fill out my forms for work because she had no “evidence” meaning she needs to see me when I’m in pain and can’t walk. She also told me that my skin looks good. (My skin is scarred because of my condition which she knows about) If I flare up I would have to go to the hospital not her, they are the only people that can help ! There is no cure, it just attacks the body. The sad part is I flared up really bad after that appointment for the first time in 2 yrs and I’ve been out of work for a month. She tried to give me advice on how to prevent it and it can’t be prevented. Then she started telling me how I had another condition. Something my derm and the hospital never mentioned. I felt like she was just telling me anything because she was. She asked me did I want weight loss surgery… I’m not that big so that was insulting and she recommended 5 other specialist for no apparent reason. the dermatologist she sent me to does knows about this condition and I know they share notes about my health so I’m clueless. She argued with me and wasted my time and told it’s nothing she can do. The dermatologist does not work there anymore and they didn’t tell me until a few days until my appointment I waited months to go to. I still haven’t received a replacement derm.

WARNING: Stay away from her! I have absolutely no idea who gave this women her degree. She had to ask 2 other doctors about my common symptoms of a stomach infection because she had no idea what to do. She does not know how to communicate with patients, she speaks little to no English, and she is extremely dismissive of patients. There needs to be someway to have her medical school and degree background checked because after having had an appointment with her, I am convinced that the clinic I went to randomly picked her up from the street and gave her a doctors coat.

Fantastic doctor; meticulous scientist; catches every detail

I am going to give Dr. Cruz - Carandang one more chance....I have seen her 3 times and during my second visit she finally added my family medical history, but I was taken back when she insinuated that my sister who had her 1st heart attack at age thirty must have been a drug user. I went to see her today and she kept asking me the same questions over again and when I gave her the findings from a biopsy I took for my current condition; she looked at the piece of paper and said" I don't know what that is" ..... Why she is so abrasive I have know idea. If you had no confidence and no common sense one would be in big trouble having her as your Physician.

I found her to be a very knowledgeable doctor and compassionate woman. She handled my case with the utmost professionalism and care.
