Probably the best and most knowledgeable ophthalmologist around. He and his assistants know exactly what they're doing and how to treat patients professionally and thoughtfully. He takes the time to give you all the attention necessary, and more. Dr Knepper explains what's going on with your eyes and vision in a way you can understand. He certainly has the personal touch and you'll feel very confident in him. I should have known he has a PhD in addition to an MD because he's so knowledgeable and cutting edge on medical developments. There's a reason it may be hard to get an appointment with him...everybody wants to see him. So stay away hahah!

Dr. Knepper and his whole office are absolutely great. This is only my 2nd yelp review so that says everything. I have ALS Disease, can't talk, my Mom had to come with, she got stuck in accident traffic, hour late. They still saw us even tho they have a really tight schedule.. Alex - I dont know if she was a PA to Dr. Knepper or what - but she knew her stuff and was so nice. Then another girl (mad I didnt get her name) sat with me for 20 min's trying to get my contact in cuz i have trouble. She also was very knowledgeable. I was a first time patient too off a recommendation. Dr. Knepper himself was awesome too and very intelligent.. Never felt hurried even tho I was squeezed in. I wish all people treated others like they do.
