Dr. Szyperski is the best!!! I was a patient with Dr. Szyperski from my early 20's through my 30's. He is literally the best doctor I have ever had. He is attentive to your concerns and actually spends time with you as opposed to many of the new doctors who seem to push through your appointment like you are in a drive-thru lane at a fast food restaurant. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a doctor who makes you feel comfortable, safe, and understood.

I loved Dr Szyperski for his kindness and competence. When I had lung cancer he took wonderful care of me and even called me while I was in the hospital. I don't think I will ever find such a wonderful internist and I miss him terribly. He left Northwestern to work at the VA hospital.

Looks like he has moved to Jesse Brown VA hospital downtown. So only VA people can see him now :(

The best !!! And difficult to find a replacement. Since he has left NorthWestern, we have not found a Doctor as compassionate as him

Dr. Szyperski has been my doctor since I moved to Chicago in 1999. He is highly intelligent and very knowledgeable. His manner is great and he always has time to answer my questions. His diagnoses are always spot on.

Dr. Szyperski has been my primary care doc for several years now. He's pretty much everything you'd want in a doctor: attentive, well educated, thoughtful and humorous. I'd recommend him to anyone.
