Very professional, polite and patient. While waiting to be served, a customer was really disappointed with the news of her insurance not covering the cost of her contact lenses. The eyewear specialist handled it so well. I completely love good service.

BEWARE! These guys try to pull the wool over your eyes and charge you more money than necessary. Rep. called Martin has no customer service skills and makes it difficult doing business. I got so tired dealing with his BS that I got up and left. There are far better Pearle Vision franchises in Chicago. Unless you want to get screwed, stay clear of this place. I give them NO STARS.

Great customer service with the staff . I didn’t have a long wait time at all. I just wasn’t too happy about the parking in that neighborhood though. It was hard to find which almost made me late for my eye appointment.
