List of Performance Podiatry Partners's Reviews
I visited Dr. Reilly when needing repair for toe damage from what I thought was a fracture, but turned out to be a bigger issue with a bunion. I had limited mobility and frequent pain in the joint that has kept me from working out and wearing anything but sneakers. Last week she performed the surgery to repair the damage and bunion, and I am already in much better shape than before. I cannot overstate how incredible her care has been throughout the prep, surgery and post-op. Her bedside manner is amazing, she is just a joy to be around. She listens intently to concerns, and she is very knowledgable in her craft. I highly, highly recommend her for podiatry needs. Her entire team is very warm and welcoming. I haven't had any issues with scheduling, I'm always seen within minutes of arriving, and any minor items were immediately recognized and fixed.
Excellent practice. You can get an appointment in a reasonable time. Dr. Sinclair is knowledgeable and takes the time to understand her patient's issues and makes sure the patient understands their options. I also like that she is sensitive to cost when she describes treatment options to her patients and doesn't oversell things. They are a good choice for athletes and have an athletic trainer there who can show you techniques for wrapping/taping to help with sports injuries.
Took impressions for my orthotics while my feet were sickle, no pressure on feet. Every single doctor, professional or friend is wondering why on earth they would do that. So is my delayed healing.......so strange how this is only five star reviews! I've never been to any institution that has nothing but five star reviews. Avoid this place at all costs.
Grateful for the help I received for my left foot. I was experiencing pain in the ball of my foot due to mortons neuroma and a bunion post-pregnancy. Dr. Sinclaire was so helpful in reviewing the treatment options, targeting the specific pain area, implementing laser treatment and orthotic support. She was kind and attentive in communicating, and open/collaborative with the treatment. My foot is feeling better, and I plan to continue here for maintaining my footcare. Dr. Sinclair seemed knowledgeable about providing support toward continued exercise (running and hiking). I definitely recommend this podiatry office!
This office has displayed a remarkable lack of compassion. Their billing practices have been very prejudicial, unfair and just wrong. I manage care for my mother, who missed one appointment. Since then the invoices for the appointment and fees have been billed to an amount of almost $200. I spoke to the office and the refuse to make any adjustment, so I am here to warn others against signing their billing and missed appointment forms. It leaves 0 margin for last minute cancelations with about paying big money.
Clean, professional, knowledgeable, persistent, LGBTQ friendly. (The pride stickers they chose were AMAZING, see pics.) In her care I went from unable to walk a block, to finishing triathlon supersprints. I’m a tough case. I have high arches that have fallen, double wide ball of foot double narrow heel, size 5.5, super overweight and I have autism and hyper mobility, all of which effect the feet and caused terrible foot and ankle pain. Also I am HYPER aware of any tiny issues in my orthotics because of the sensory abilities of autism, so any tiny thing that wasn’t quite right I could feel. I am also working with a chiropractor which actually completely changed my feet at one point mid-orthotic process! Podiatrists tend to be limited to their scope of just the foot, and this podiatrist is no exception, but the difference is she really listened and trusted me when I told her about the relationship of my foot to my hip and back issues, and all the small things I could feel in my orthotic, and changing with my body. She patiently helped me make adjustments several times, and helped do it in a way where I didn’t have to pay out of pocket for a whole new mold every time. She really cares, and I am SO THRILLED with the final product. While in her care, I have gone from not being able to walk one block, to literally finishing triathlon super sprints. If you have autism, or are a tough case, cannot recommend enough. You WILL need to speak up about every little issue, because like any doctor she can’t guess. But if you do, she will listen.
Excellent, knowledgeable and caring doctor. Unfortunately, the office staff is extremely disorganized and one of them is rude and lazy. They always have insurance information backwards. They don’t do things they said they would. They have wrong info for your records in their system. They either don’t follow up on action items or they ask you to sign the same document they already sent you twice. You’ll have full authorization from the insurance and they’ll agree they have that as well and then they lose everything or don’t understand it and the wheel has to be reinvented. I was also barked at to make sure I closed their entrance door to the outside air. A broken door is not the fault of a disabled patient. I need my new orthotics to help me with my pain, but once again, there is a great communication break Down and the staff only cares about this at like a 15% level, especially the robotic voice/bored receptionist. Update: they were sending the claim to an address my insurance has never heard of before. This is all such a long story, but they make so many mistakes and are so slow. It doesn’t matter if you are legally disabled. The doctor is wonderful and I bet she treats her office staff very well, but the office admin staff doesn’t care about the patients. I have to exit the practice eventually over time due to the many mistakes and unkindness of the office.
This office is a great example of how office staff can make or break a business. I started seeing Dr. Sinclair several months ago for treatment of plantar fasciitis. Shortly after the end of that treatment I got an acute ankle sprain that I saw her for. When I was out of my walking boot she sent me to physical therapy to aid in recovery.During the course of my treatment I had a change in insurance coverage. There was a miscommunication between my original plan with BCBS and my new plan with UHC and for a short while both companies were denying my claims. While it was frustrating, the insurance companies were able to figure it out and UHC started paying for all of the claims that had been rejected during the course of my treatment.I showed up for a followup appointment for my ankle sprain and when I arrived I was told that I was not able to see the doctor for my appointment because of outstanding charges. I can understand why an office would deny services until outstanding debts were paid however, no one called me ahead of time to let me know that I wouldn't be able to see the doctor. I would've appreciated not having to waste my time to travel there. I was trying to explain to the woman at the front desk that UHC cleared up the initial confusion and that all she'd need to do is re-submit claims to UHC but she told me that they "CAN'T and WON'T re-submit the claims" and that I'd need to "figure it out myself." She was incredibly curt. I literally could not believe that a doctor's office would treat a patient in such a manner. I walked to my car and called UHC immediately and they did confirm again that they'd be paying for all denied charges and that the office wouldn't even need to re-submit the claims as they'd do it automatically. I called the office again about a week later and, unfortunately for me, the same rude receptionist answered. I told her the office claims were showing as having been approved and paid by UHC and that I'd like to set up a new appointment. She said that the payment was not reflected in their system yet. I kindly asked her if she could call me once the billing system was up to date so that I could see Dr. Sinclair. She told me that billing wasn't updated daily and that I'd just need to wait for a billing statement to arrive in the mail. In my experience those usually take a month to be sent out. I told her that I really would like to see the doctor as soon as possible about my sprained ankle and asked if she could check on it on some sort of regular cadence and call me once billing was up to date. She rudely and reluctantly said she'd make a note. I did get a billing statement several weeks later...it was out of date and showed amount owed for the month prior. It's been two months and no call. What's more disappointing is that Dr. Sinclair never called to check up on me or anything. One of the great things about going to a small, independently owned office is that the doctors get to know you and take personal interest in your wellbeing. Looks like she never even noticed that I hadn't seen her since October. It's now January. That receptionist shouldn't have a job there and the office should be ashamed of how they treated a patient.
The exam rooms do not have hat/coat hooks or acoustic ceiling tiles. The latter makes sound bounce around the room like an echo chamber so conversations are difficult. They have guest Wi-Fi, but you have to ask the receptionist for the password, they do not have signs in the waiting room. They do not have background music playing so you can hear everyone else's conversations throughout the office. Doctor is friendly, knowledgeable, and listens. It's too bad she wasn't able to find a good person to design her offices. Plenty of free parking in the Wintrust lot right next door.
Dr. Sinclair did not answer all of my questions regarding treatment options and recommended the most expensive options as first lines of treatment. Once I stated I am a healthcare professional halfway through the session, she began to listen more so and be more attentive, which was interesting... She then left the room stating she will be right back while I still had questions, and she never returned. Nicole, the athletic trainer there (I believe), was helpful however and made sure to answer all questions. This was my first time at this clinic for an evaluation and Nicole stated Dr. Sinclair had a telehealth appointment to catch which is why she had to rush out of the room to never return. I will not be returning or recommending this practice to anyone.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process.
