Dr Gomez gave me a full clearance to return to work the following day after a major fall at work on the marble floor, without asking me what I actually did for a living!! Extremely unprofessional and borderline toxic to the health and safety to the patients that come into Urgent Care! I had to spend 2.5 hours the following day getting another evaluation to update my diagnosis! He should not be taking patients. He is unfit to be caring for people. Avoid this place at all costs. You’ve been warned!

The moment I walked through the door, I felt my care was of the utmost importance! The front desk people to the Dr. were professional, warm, interested and concerned about me. My appointment proceeded in a timely manner with care and concerned displayed every step of the way. If needed, I would return to this location without hesitation!!!

Doesn’t accept cash or apple pay or amex (in my case visa debit card also didn’t work). The online registration and payment experience is also not great. Wait times are high despite advance appointments and not many patients in sight.

Went in on a Sunday, so I was lucky that there was only one patient ahead of me when I had arrived. Considering how little patients were in the clinic, I thought it took them a little long to see me. But once they did, they appropriately diagnosed me and were correct in finding a life threatening issue and sent me to the hospital. Office was clean and offered water and snacks while waiting which helped the anxiety that comes with waiting.

I made my appointment early on a Saturday morning and was excited they had availability I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I really recommend them for your urgent care needs. Staff was friendly and facility is clean quiet and comfortable.

Went in for exactly 12 minutes and was charged $400. Very bad ear infection and was told that they’d be able to prescribe me something, and five minutes later said they couldn’t. I had a fever, severe pain, and not even a stronger pain medication was provided.
