Deceptive billing practices. When you visit this chain of immediate care facilities, you are asked to pay a large copay and to ask your insurance company to “reimburse” you. (Completely false). After a week or so you will receive a text message saying your payment has been “received” although you have not submitted a payment to them. They AUTOMATICALLY enroll whatever card you used for the copay and charge you any amount that is owed without YOUR CONSENT. When you call their billing department, they inform you that they are unable to reverse or cancel any of the charges! I will never visit this chain of urgent care again.

My copay is insanely high, not what I was expecting so I was going to leave with my daughter and wait 3 days to see he er primary. That figured out how to help me so that my daughter could still be seen. Luckily, she was able to be seen and was able to get the antibiotics she needed. The receptionist went above and beyond for us and you didn't always get that these days!

Walked in and Satiya the receptionist greeted me with a smile and checked me in promptly. Jatame was the PA—she listened to my concern and provided a thorough plan of care. Very glad I went here and will return again in the future!
