This company was recently bought out by investors, since then, there quality, policies, and staff help have been reduced. My visit with them resulted me in cancelling my appointment and walking out on them. However, I found much better pricing and service at Walgreens Minute Clinic at Central and Fullerton (85.00 for an Illness visit without insurance).

I’ve had great experiences at Physicians Immediate Care on Cicero Avenue in Chicago. I've visited several times and have never been disappointed. The service is very professional and attentive. I find the physicians are skilled and knowledgeable in patient care, and I’m always impressed with the level of customer service. I highly recommend this clinic.

Absolutely hate this place. I don’t know why I wasted my money to come here today. I’ve had a cough for 6 weeks I’ve tried cough syrup, allergy meds and countless cough drops. Their suggestion keep taking it.

they do not listen to you and they do not care. i came in for a culture and they told me they were going to give me a pregnancy test. i said no, it’s impossible that i am pregnant and i do not want a pregnancy test. they said they’d give me one. i said i did not consent and i cannot be pregnant and i don’t want a pregnancy test. they gave me a pregnancy test with the sample i provided for my culture. already an egregious violation of my autonomy if you ask me, but what is even worse, is that i owed $25 of the $40 from that pregnancy test and they wasted no time sending my $25 bill to collections. i honestly can’t understand what they were thinking. what a strange, petty clinic. i don’t know why anyone would come here.

I felt like Christina was my personal Doctor. She explained everything to Me with the X-rays and what to use for my back pain. She even said she wanted to see me next week if I didn’t feel any better. The whole were professional and friendly. I am glad I went there for my back. Thank you for being there when I sided someone when I needed someone. And I didn’t have to wait.
