The entire staff from the receptionist Atziry , to the girls in the back Genesis & Ikeysha and the provider Ali were a great experience! They did what they had to do to make sure they got a good culture sample from my 3 year old son to send to the lab. They were so nice and professional! Definitely recommend!

I strongly advise the community to reconsider visiting Physicians Immediate Care. Had to give them 1 star otherwise my review wouldn't post. The staff failed to properly verify my insurance or explain whether my visit was covered, partially covered, or would result in an out-of-pocket balance. I am now facing an unexpected bill. When I contacted billing for help, they refused to verify my insurance. I was also told that the intake staff is responsible for confirming coverage and discussing any potential patient responsibility before services are provided. That conversation never happened. To make matters worse, Ikesha disconnected my call when she appeared unable to address my concerns. The entire experience has been unprofessional, frustrating, and unacceptable. Patients deserve transparency regarding insurance coverage and possible costs before receiving care--not a surprise bill afterward and no meaningful assistance from billing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location.

I was a walk in from out of town. Came to check out an obvious eye infection on the lid. I was seen quickly and prescribed a salve. Also told to wash with johnson’s baby soap and to continue with warm compresses.

The location is very clean & affordable. We did not have a reservation, were able to walk in with minimal wait & were seen all rather quickly. The staff was friendly & knowledgeable & made time to answer all of our questions.

This is my go to clinic, fast, efficient, the providers are knowledgeable and educating patients, They listen And genuinely helping you. The MA's are extremely polite, positive and patient with everybody both front desk and back, rooms are clean, smelling good, and they don't make you wait for ages.
