We had another great experience for my son’s visit. Everyone was so kind and very understanding of our situation. Excellent and quick service with a follow up phone call the next day.
This is my second time coming to this office for my immigration medical exams, and once again, I had an excellent experience. The USCIS Civil Surgeon was outstanding, and Mirna E. Beltran, the USCIS Medical Coordinator, was amazing. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The whole staff is kind, professional, and welcoming. I highly recommend this office!
PA Deshmukh was awesome. She was kind, took her time explaining and very empathetic.
Everyone, from receptionist, nurses, and provider were supper friendly and made an unusual situation easy for me! Personable and knowledgeable. Went out of their way to help me!
I'd like to start by noting that my actual visit at this location went well and all employees there were helpful and efficient with my issue. The lack of stars comes from the excessive and opaque billing process for labs that ran up hundreds of dollars in unnecessary fees that I was surprised with several weeks later. I visited this urgent care for an issue I've had previously where I typically just visit a local clinic for a quick visit with an HCP and a minor lab test. I've gone to other urgent cares, lab-specific locations, and primary clinics for the same issue and have used my current insurance or paid out of pocket. Somehow this company ran 5+ labs, including several that ran hundreds of dollars, when previously I've gotten the same care outcomes with one, maybe two labs completed and $100 being the maximum charge to get those run. I was not notified in advance of how many tests would be run, nor any estimates for costs. When I called to seek clarity on why they ran so many items and chose these expensive options the only information I was able to receive was on how they bundle billing for the labs, not how they decided it was clinically indicated to run them all. If your care just requires seeing someone at this clinic and walking out you might be in good hands, but for anything requiring lab work or other items they do on the back end and bill you for later for I'd suggest going elsewhere.
CAROLYN? AMAZING
I’ve been here several times over the past few years and always able to get in quickly with great medical staff. A lot better than trying to get in to my primary doctor.
The staff is very friendly and professional i had x-ray and they were very efficient
Beware of their price gouging on medical goods. Pre-insurance prices were $66 for 1 plain long sock (bought 6 of these for $15 total on Amazon) and $350 for a tall walking boot (equivalent boots on Amazon are $60-$70). Quality of care was good but will not be returning here.
Great staff and professional service.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
