They declined taking my insurance even though it’s covered as in-network. Would not recommend going here for healthcare.

My four year old hurt himself and needed stitches. Even though this urgent care isn’t specific to pediatrics, all staff went out of their way to make him feel comfortable. Quick in and out visit, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.

I have gone to this urgent care facility many times, it's my go to place, because these days, "sick visits" with PCP's don't exist anymore! I was so impressed from the time I walked in, to the end of my visit. Front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. Triage staff are friendly, and knowledgeable. The medical staff, PA's, NP and MD's are awesome, my favorite is Dr Patel!!! He's kind, thorough, takes his time, I have never felt rushed by any of the providers! I truly feel heard & seen, something I believe healthcare is lacking, not here though! It's a beautiful and clean facility. And they offer so many different healthcare services. Definitely give this Urgent Care facility a 10+ stars!!! Thank you, Linda Cicero

Went in today for something VERY quick and easy. Knew my symptoms and knew what i needed for medications. I waited over an hour for a nurse to come see me. They were not busy whatsoever. Front desk was sitting on their phones booking a vacation, too busy to help me. No idea where the nurse was. Meanwhile, I'm sitting in the room for over an hour in pain. Worth the extra travel to go elsewhere. Wish i could give zero stars. 1 star for location

Wish i could give this place zero stars. Went in for something quick, and it took over an hour. Not a single other person in the office. Front desk and nurse were sitting on their phones, booking a vacation. I will never come back here. Worth it to travel the extra 5-10 min to a different urgent care. These people DO NOT care. 1 star for location. This place STINKS. DO NOT GO

Highly inconsistent care and unprofessional staff The staff here wear multiple hats—handling both the front desk check-in and the initial medical intake in the exam rooms—and the service is completely hit-or-miss. While they can occasionally be upbeat, the negative experiences are entirely unacceptable. They quickly become defensive or visibly bothered if you ask more than a couple of questions, or if you have to return because a medical issue has worsened. On my last visit, the young Caucasian staff member who walked me to the exam room actually rolled his eyes and made an annoyed face as he closed the door. Catching a medical professional gesturing behind my back just because I am concerned about my health is the definition of unprofessional. They seem completely unable to handle a patient who advocates for themselves.
