List of Physicians Immediate Care's Reviews
There are horrible people on the 3rd floor at the check in desk. Very rude and always make me feel uncomfortable
Great experience, walked in with no appointment and was done in 45 minutes. Went in because I was having sinus infection symptoms. Staff were very nice and helpful, and PA did a thorough assessment of my symptoms. I would recommend booking a time slot in advance and filling out the forms ahead of time though. You have to take a picture of your driver's license/insurance card, and doing that in the waiting area is not ideal.
This immediate care is a joke, yes the staff were nice, but the wait time compare to other hospitals. We arrive at 1pm and we waited there until 8:30pm until we decided to leave because that's over 8 hours for my family to sit and wait. Plus they where letting some people who where before us go in, which is very upsetting. I'm never going here for immediate care again, I rather go to a different hospital that's further than this one.
The front desk was unoccupied upon arrival. I filled out the registration digitally, sat and waited. Once the employee returned to the front desk she asked me what I was waiting for to complete the form. Unaware the form was incomplete I was received with an accusatory and rude attitude. I've recieved better service at McDonalds. Would give zero stars if possible. Do better
The lady's at the desk were very sweet and respectful. my little brother came for pain in his throat and they were very helpful.
Went in and was denied because I did not have an appointment, despite the window explicitly saying "no appointment needed" and then when I asked when the next appointment was, the nurse told me even if I did they would not see me because I did not schedule the appointment before hand. Makes no sense at an URGENT care. Worthless
Awful billing department and terrible communication. They refused to provide a copy of my bill.
These people are criminals. I was in so much pain when I came here and I trusted the doctor to help me. The medicine they prescribed didn't even work and I ended up having to go to a didn't doctor anyway. Months later I get a bill in the mail for a total of $1338.16. I had a UTI, nothing crazy. But they managed to run every test they possibly could to charge me as much as they could. They ran some test that cost $684.32. What could that have possibly been?? I'm absolutely furious. Do not go to this place.
The doctors here are awesome and they really care aboutveterans. I recomend this hospital as a top choice in the Chicago city limits.
Visited the Clybourn site on 3-8-25. Received a bill the other day ( 3 months later) for full amount despite me having insurance. They never put a claim through to my insurance! So interesting that they waited 3 months to send a bill that is due in 4 days! Will be calling first thing tomorrow. However, based on what I'm reading, it seems this could take a while to resolve.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
