Been seeing Dr. Baptist for years with my dermatology needs. The new office configuration is really nice!
The entire staff at Pinnacle Dermatology were welcoming and professional. Dr Jean-Batiste helped me understand my medical concerns, which allowed me to leave the office w/out any apprehensions. I would certainly recommend Pinnacle's services to others.

Great Experience! They were not overbooked, so there was no wait. All staff were professional and friendly. Examination was thorough, and results were communicated succinctly. My only regret is that Dr. Burgess is leaving the practice.
Dr. Davis and her office is the experience I want going into any doctors office for the first time. Everyone from the front desk receptionist, to the nurse, to Dr. Davis herself were great. I felt comfortable when I didn't know what to expect. It was quick and easy all while addressing all my concerns. I did have to wait 40 minutes, which wasn't an issue for me but if youre going during your lunch hour or a specific time frame its something to be aware of so you can set some time aside and be aware it might take a little bit to get into if they are behind. However, i feel like the wait was worth it.
The actual appointment was pleasant and quick, it was my first time seeing Michael Regan. My review is so low because they do not answer or return calls and within 4 business days still had not sent in my prescription to the pharmacy. I have been calling each day, and have yet to receive even a call back about why my prescription has not sent.
Doctors and employees are rude and not personable. Very difficult to schedule an appointment. You are on their time and schedule only. No flexibility. They tried to remodel the inside however it is still dirty. Very disappointed to know they are affiliated to Rush University Medical Center.
It's was nice and clean just didn't have the doctor that She needed for her finger and thy did not carry the meds she needed at that time of check up!🤦♀️
I thoroughly enjoy the service received at Pinnacle on west Archer Ave. the staff is warm, cordial and very professional. Dr. Burgess is has a very warm demeanor and relieves any fear that I might have. Her professionalismsets the bar for her staff.
First time patient for my son. I was able to get him in same day for eczema. Dr. Burgess was so nice as well as the other staff members. We were in and out in 30 minutes even when we got there early. My son was very comfortable and treated him with much respect.

I waited a month to get an appointment drove 70 miles took off work and school to get seen then once i got there they cancelled my appointment and didn't even inform me until i drove a hour to get there in person
If you wish for your appointment time to be respected, look elsewhere. Do not waste your time here. I scheduled an appointment at the Archer location in mid-July through Pinnacle's online website. I had no trouble scheduling the appointment or confirming my appointment via their messaging system. My appointment was scheduled for a slot in the morning on August 4th; however, upon arriving at the location I was surprised to find out that my appointment had been canceled. The man at the reception desk was not only unprofessional but also completely inattentive and disregarding. Other than restating the word "error", he was unable to provide a concrete explanation as to why my appointment had been canceled. He then attempted to reschedule my appointment for a later day in October while still evading my initial question. It is a shame that the actual medical professionals have their clients greeted by an individual with poor communication skills and complete disregard for others. Having said that, I will be taking my business elsewhere and strongly suggest others do the same.
There always seems to be a problem with scheduling your appointment. The staff is great once you get your appointments straight 😊
My doctor explains everything to you..and the nurse she is wonderful...just love them...
