Nice & welcoming office. The medicine that was prescribed did well or took the red breakouts away. I was prescribed some retinol today and I’m excited to see the results. I would definitely recommend.

I recently visited Pinnacle Dermatology and had an absolutely dreadful experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly unhelpful. Unprofessional staff they were dismissive. I left the clinic feeling frustrated, unheard, and completely dissatisfied. I would strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to look elsewhere. The response by the owner is a lie. Nobody has reached out.

I had the most pleasant Drs. Appt. at Pinnacle on Archer. The doctor, her assistant, and front desk receptionist were pleasant, and professional. Would give them 10 ⭐️s if I could!!! Keep up the great work.
