Pinnacle Fertility Illinois - Chicago's Online Review Report Card

I just finished my IUI treatment with Pinnacle Fertility and my experience was all positive. The staff was very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable at every appointment. Communication was easy with my navigator and with the staff. I was referred to this clinic by a coworker, after having a conversation of not being able to conceive for over 10 years. I’m so grateful for that conversation. We’re excited to welcome baby in January2027.

I have been to all the main fertility clinics in the city -- Kind Body, FCI, etc. and nothing compares to Pinnacle. It's unlike any other experience I've had. From the receptionists who greet you with a smile to the ultrasound techs, nurse navigators (shout out Tashanti), and everyone in between--the experience is top notch. Don't look anywhere else. Going through fertility is stressful and you can feel like a number at most clinics with people who make the process even more stressful. It's the opposite here. They are so supportive. You are treated as person, not a number. I am hoping I will have an embryo to transfer under Dr. Tur-Kaspa's care this week. I planned to write this review after my experience was complete, but I'm writing it now. He told me at our last consult: "I want you pregnant." He's optimistic, and I trust him implicitly. I will be crossing my fingers and toes. No matter the result, the experience has been top-notch from A to Z. I can't recommend Pinnacle more highly. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention how incredible Dr. Mary Wood Molo is. She did my egg retrieval in the past, and leads with care and heart. I am forever grateful to her and her nurse, Renee, who were with me during the most stressful time of my life. Without Dr. Molo, I wouldn't have a shot at all. These two doctors, and the entire staff at Pinnacle have created a culture that is inviting, welcoming, and so necessary in the fertility world. They're one of a kind. Thank you.

I had a great experience at IHR - I was diagnosed with a uterus septum which was initially pretty scary! Dr. Cohen helped calm my nerves and gave me a few different options. We ultimately decided to try IUI first - the first round we couldn’t complete do to insufficient sperm count, the second round was unsuccessful and we took a break (one month off). The third round was successful - currently laying next to my beautiful little girl right now! I learned a lot through this experience and felt blessed to be guided by kind, sympathetic, and friendly doctors, nurses and staff.

The doctors, (most) nurses, and the ultrasound techs were professional and efficient. The facility is nice. However, the communication with the coordinator left much to be desired. Expected much more white glove service given this is a very expensive endeavor. If I had known this ahead of time I would have gone with a different clinic.

If I could give Pinnacle 10 stars, I would. From Dr. Tur-Kaspa to Dr. Wood Molo, to everyone in between from the front desk to the ultrasound tech to the nurse navigators--everyone is so supportive and accessible, greeting you with a smile and always going above and beyond. I have been to several clinics in the area and have felt like a cog in a machine. Not at Pinnacle. They see you as a human being first and patient second. It makes all the difference in the world. Being older and with few eggs, I was not made to feel less than. On the contrary, I felt like the team was really in my corner and rooting me on. Kudos to the culture at this office!! Thank you!!

Pinnacle is an amazing facility and clinic. We were supported by Dr.Iko and her entire team in our first fertility journey and with just one round of supported care, we are now expecting and are over the moon. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and communicative. Their online portal makes keeping track of appointments, medication, lab results etc incredibly simple. I couldn't recommend this place more!!

They destroyed our life by neglecting to give us a disposition of embryos form.

Clean facility. They respond so quickly in the portal and are very supportive. My navigator assigned to me is responsive via text and phone! They make you feel safe and prepared during an emotional journey!

We love our clinical team and Dr. Wood Molo, but the billing staff is unresponsive, disorganized, and incompetent. Unfortunately since the financial piece of this process is a big one, this has impacted our experience with IHR/Pinnacle for the worse.

The front desk staff is always so welcoming. The clinical team is caring and so detailed in their instructions of this confusing process. We appreciate them being in lock step with us along the way!
