Yesterday April 27 th I was insulted by a security guard in the cafeteria. I was Standing in front of the menu and she must have said excuse once and I didn't hear her. However she then said it aggressively so I smirked 😏 and moved out her way later upon her leaving the cafeteria she said if I was that fat I wouldn't be sitting down eating in the first place. I am truly hurt by this type of behavior 😪 Security staff has never treated me this way . Also I've never seen her before she must work in another area of the hospital maybe Dialysis or something.🤔 I deal people and their ignorance everyday but I never thought this young lady would say this to me. I mean with her Allied Security Uniform clear as day only thing I didn't get her name tag.

Poor telephone support or service! If they bother to answer the phone, they are rude. However, they generally won't answer the phone! I'm quite sure that they purposely turn away people who need their services!

I had a craniotomy and stroke and my vision is kinda affected because things seem blurry so I decided to schedule an appointment with the opthalmologist,since February and I was told that my primary care doctor needed to send them my referral letter,it actually took about 2 days to get that done and because of the nature of my need I made sure bthe PCP sent them the referral to a number they provided but I'm still surprised that as at today being march 15th I am still yet to get a response from them,I'm just grateful that there are private opthalmologists all over the placeEven if you call them to make enquires,they hang up before you even say jack

As a paramedic, I brought patients here and can tell you that, from behind the scenes, their staff has a lot of heart. I would be very comfortable being treated here myself.

The hospital has very good Doctors The receptionist service is very unprofessional you can never get in contact with whoever you were trying to reach over the phone cause the receptionist I’s not doing their job professionally
