I recently visited Pinnacle Dermatology and had an absolutely dreadful experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly unhelpful. Unprofessional staff they were dismissive. I left the clinic feeling frustrated, unheard, and completely dissatisfied. I would strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to look elsewhere.

I had the most pleasant Drs. Appt. at Pinnacle on Archer. The doctor, her assistant, and front desk receptionist were pleasant, and professional. Would give them 10 ⭐️s if I could!!! Keep up the great work.

The receptionist was very rude as I only needed a doctors note for school, She claimed that I was asking her to lie for a note for my daughter for school. When I asked the doctor, she did not have a problem with being specific as to what the school needed. The girl at the front desk was ridiculous.

Amazing location. Staff is very pleasant and professional. Dr. is very knowledgeable and amazing. Archer- Midway is a great location but happy they have other locations to schedule appointments or convenience.

Very happy I found this Dermatologist office, The Dermatologist was so patient, nice, and kind. Had a smile the entire time. She was very welcoming. I have seen a dermatologist at Rush hospital before and they didn’t take concerns seriously and seemed very dismissive. Very clean & cute clinic. 10 stars
