Reproductive Medicine Institute's Online Review Report Card

RMI has been a god send to me and my Husband. After years of trying we were referred here and have been happy with the entire process. Thanks to Dr. Nayak and my nurse Blanca we have had two successful transfers! They both always listen and cared and that matters the most.

I am so glad I worked with Dr. Nayak and her team. I had all types of issues with my fertility, and honestly, I did not think having a child would actually come to fruition. But Dr. Nayak took the time to dig deeper and try to find the root of the problem. After three transfer cycles, I finally became pregnant, and now I have my son. I am so grateful for the care I received, and I hope to return to RMI when I am ready to try for baby number two.

Everyone was very polite, very responsive and friendly and I got the results that I was looking for. Dr. T was very honest and very thorough with what we needed. My husband and I have a beautiful baby girl!

I had a wonderful experience at RMI. After coming from a different fertility clinic that was dismissive and difficult to get ahold of, RMI exceeded my expectations. The nurses, doctors, front desk staff, US techs, phlebotomists, and surgical staff .. everyone was supportive, patient, and kind. Highly recommend and so grateful for their care!

Everyone on staff, from reception to the drs was caring, thoughtful, and very helpful. I mostly went to the downtown Chicago location, but found the staff in Oakbrook just as wonderful.

Truly an amazing staff all around rather it was at the Skokie office or Oakbrook. I always felt comfortable and they were easy to talk to when making small talk. If it wasn’t for RMI and Dr. Nayak, I wouldn’t be in the position I am now. There was a part of me that had lost hope, after two unsuccessful IVF cycles, but with Dr. Nayak and her team, we figured out a plan, she listen to my concerns and I can now say we are expecting a little miracle in the fall. From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU for giving me hope again.

I could not be more thankful to Dr. Nayak and the staff at RMI. I truly don’t think I would have gotten pregnant without Dr. Nayak - she has the most wonderful bedside manner and she is very science first with her approach. Forever grateful! I’ll be back when I’m ready for baby #2!

We came for IVF, we tried for 5 years and we were told that first was an egg problem, we went into the donor egg path and after 3 attempts they stated questioning also the sperm and started suggesting the purchasing of frozen embryos. We decided to change lab and we went to northwestern, well we had a healthy baby first try with the “faulty” egg and sperm! It seems that a lot was done just to consume the infertility benefit of our insurance. Billing department charged several costs that we had to dispute.

Very responsible and experienced team. They walk you through all steps and answer all questions patiently and care about their patients concerns. thanks to RMI team.

I started working with RMI in January and am happily pregnant 9 months later. I worked with Dr. T, which outside of our first intake call I never actually saw or spoke with her but I didn't really care since I knew she was assessing my labs and making my plan of care. Dr. Nayak did my retrieval and FET, and she was the sweetest human I've ever encountered. For your retrieval and transfer you work with whoever is on rotation. RMI may not be the place for you though if you are a very touchy feely want to talk to someone on the phone all the time type person. Everything is done through their messaging app, which I liked because I tend to forget things if told to me over the phone. However if I did have questions I always sent them through the app and got a message back the same day or if I was really concerned I called the front desk and would speak with my nurse team the same if not when I called. RMI knows what they're doing and they are great setting you up with a plan and executing, you just don't get all the extra touchy feely stuff that maybe some other clinics offer. The fact that they have multiple locations in the Chicagoland area is also very nice and you never wait more then a couple minutes for any appointments, they are all very punctual. Overall though, I am extremely happy with my treatment and care team and would 1000% recommend.
