Amazing place. Carly is wonderful with the IOP group. She has helped me through it all. Steve has taught me lots of insight. Thank you rosecrance staff and residents
I’m very happy with Rosecrance in general. Especially Lakeview, with Director of Access, Paul T. Gilmet. Paul is the reason we are a part of lakeview and he has accommodated us with his time and all of our needs. He is a amazing person that has help us understand the process of our journey. My son has turned his life around since entering the facility. As a family we owe it all to Paul and the staff of lakeview. I recommend Rosecrance to everyone In need. And remember what you put into life, you will receive!
My prescription medication was held by staff. It went missing...I got a shoulder shrug. My bike chain was cut and bike was stolen from out front. I asked for help getting the security camera footage and was directed to Elizabeth...I got a shoulder shrug. I wouldn't recommend living at sober living here...especially when this stuff happens at $3000/month...
This place gave me a new life. Each and every staff member helped me learn how to cope with hardship and how to not get high over it. If I could live here forever I would.
As a parent, I do not recommend. My son is 22 and saw counselor one time in their sober home. Staff do not understand how to help people who have relapsed over and over and were condescending and rude. Our family not included or contacted in regard to decision making.. Services promised where not what they told me. Whoever is in charge, not accessible. The cost is not worth what they offer. Very disappointed.
As a Psychiatrist and Addiction Medicine Specialist I rely on local programs to help my patients. Rosecrance Lakeview has become one of my favorite because of the excellent and knowledgeable staff. I receive very good feedback from my patients that are being treated there and the staff tries very hard to collaborate with me. I highly recommend it.
Rosecrance helped save my life. Thank you for all you do.
I can not thank this facility and the outpatient program I attended enough. For if I was not taught how to change my way of thinking but most importantly the recovery tools that I carry with me on my belt at all times and how to use all of them to my advantage I don't think i would still sober today or alive for that matter. Shot out to the staff, especially the ever so Compassionate, Always Reliable,Loyal, Intellectual primary counselor I was gratefully granted. So if you are struggling at long term sobriety then I would HIGHLY recommend you call this Lakeview location I am proof this program works. * drops the mic
This treatment has its pros and cons. I am a current resident. I have been told I am not serious about recovery. The price is outrageous for what your getting. You might get Iop but it is not included in price you get maybe 1 individual session a week by your counselor. Ever since being here I have had a rise in depression all clients have agreed on this. Mental health is what they avoid. There are pros tho. The facilities are very nice apartments have small rooms tho except the master bedroom 5 people to an apartment. Not enough space for all clients food . Since I have been here the staff have treated us grown men like we do not know how to keep up an apartment we cannot put things on cabinets. This place is an upscale half way house not sober house. But like another review do not let this change your mind. Have your own experience here if you shall☺️ Happy Recovery !
ive been a little over a month. if youre looking for a facility to stay inside all day for the first few weeks with little to no support, this is your place. unfortunately mental health isnt accommodated here, so if thats your case, look elsewhere. there is usually very little staff, so going out to a meeting or to run errands isnt possible as you must be escorted. there is drug usage in the facility, so dont think this is any different from anywhere else because the price is absurd. for the price you pay, all you're really getting is a decently comfortable living room and a shared room which can hardly fit anything aside from essentials. no posters, no art allowed, nothing on the walls and showing all floor space is mandatory so dont bring anything that wont fit on 3 shelves in a closet. all but one of the staff have had previous experience working in a facility like this one, and your stay really depends on what staff you're assigned to. you will be told that you are not serious about your recovery and absurd punishment for absurd things are common, so dont feel like youre alone. the in-house meeting with matt and rob is the only thing going for them right now but this place has potential, but due to their recent rise, most likely not for a few years. i highly recommend for the price, you find something else. this is an _over priced_ half way house, and i really mean half way house. do not simply call and ask questions because you WILL be misled, and all tenants of the house have agreed in my stay and plan to leave the minute they have housing availability. heed my caution, unless you're just trying to kick it and watch tv all day and cruise online. the pros are as follows: the counselor that talks to everyone weekly is actually understanding. the house is nice. its close to the brown and red line. (40 minutes from SAIC). weekly cleaning keeps the house nice but its never good enough for them. the cons: no recovery help. no personal help. havent went to a meeting in days cause theres never enough staff. extreme boredom at home ensues with depression. i could go on and on. I am not writing this to retract from anyone coming here. this is a nice house but its nothing like the rosecrance in rockford and its good if and _only_ if you've got your recovery on lock and have a good deal of sober time.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
