one of the doctors was extremely rude and unprofessional, she seemed very offended that she had to be there and do her job. i told some of the other nurses and they seemed a lot nicer but i haven’t been back since.

I went here for my care for years. It was nice having all my services including dental in one facility, but often times staff members such as the receptionist would be rude or insensitive.

I have been going to Rothstein core center for a long time. Core center have always look out for your interest. They have food on Labor Day and Christmas that alot of people could come eat and enjoy theirself. On Labor Day Core Center gave out school supplies and they had areas where your kids could play.At the Core Center you come first

I give you a five star. Because of some of your staff! Maureen Gallagher and Shelia Floyd! Two amazing woman's! That help me want to live and fight for my life! One is leaving! And I'm sad ! I don't wonder about anything with these people! I no in my heart there for me! Thank you and I appreciate all you have done! Iantha! I'm grieving the lost of doctor Gallagher! My mental health is no one can help me but Shelia Floyd! That's who I respect! I'm sad🙏

Incredible visit to the specialist!!! The ENTIRE staff were amazingly expert and very mindful the whole time I was there. Likewise on account of the COVID-19 there is sure things that are being done to secure us and them. This being said, I was stunned and extremely satisfied with how ready and on-point the entire office was. I was exceptionally cheerful going there and I'm anticipating going one month from now!!! Haha

It's Very difficult for me to go see my doctor. I have to practically be dying to go. I Literally have to psych myself up to go which is the reason I feel I must make this complaint. I came in to see my PCP and as I was waiting a therapist walked up & asked me a question the same time a Nurses assistant named "Carla" came out and called my name to take my vitals. As quick as I could answer the therapist & turn around to go in with " Carla" she walked away letting the door close & lock behind her. I knocked & knocked but she never came back to open the door for me until later. I'm sure she heard me because I'm Very Heavy handed. She made me feel Very Uncomfortable, Sad & Unwelcome. As I stated earlier It's Really difficult for me to get up the courage to go see my PCP. I'm still unable to let this poor treatment of me go in my mind so I felt I need to bring this to the Core Center's attention.

The STI CLINIC IS GREAT for testing (free)but the doctor I went in to see regarding a pink eye infection, she basically didn’t properly examine my eye, she ignored my symptoms, I explained to her the Severity of my issues and yet she Prescribed me over the counter red reducing eye drops which makes my situation worst. I demanded to see another doctor and I was sent home with nothing to help get rid of this horrible pink eye, which also spread to my throat…I wasted so much time today….don’t visit this place!!!!!!

Great visit to the doctor!!! The ENTIRE staff were extremely professional and super attentive the entire time I was there. Also because of the COVID-19 there is certain things that are being done to protect us and them. This being said, I was shocked and very pleased with how prepared and on-point the whole facility was. I was very happy going there and I'm looking forward to going next month!!! Lol 😆
