Dr. Bandi was friendly and professional. She listened to me and answered all my questions without feeling rushed. She asked me to update her on how I was feeling post visit and messaging her through the portal was an easy process. She answered me right away! I now feel better and I would highly recommend her to my family and friends. Thank you!

Dr. Bandi is wonderful. She spent at least a half hour looking at my medical records while i spoke at length with the Resident. She then spent a great deal of time with me. Went over everything in detail. Gave me answers to my questions and came up with a treatment plan . The whole team at Rush Allergy and Immunology is wonderful. I even received an email informing me of my lab results and told me don't hesitate to contact us with any concerns or issues. I cant recommend them highly enough. Great experience.

Dr. Bandi is amazing. We have been going to her for years, and she is always friendly, attentive and professional. My son has asthma and allergies and when we started going to her, he had a consistent cough that wasn't changing or going away. Dr. Bandi determined the cause quickly and helped us come up with a solution that has been life changing for him. Thank you so much for all that you do!

Dreadful bedside manner. Any time I attempted to assert my point of view, she failed to consider it and frequently interrupted me. I left with a pit in my stomach, but of course, what do I know? Then I got the bill. While my insurance covered it, it was thousands of dollars—the most expensive option was ordered, and a more simple, quick, cheap, and more importantly, one more meaningful to my health, could have instead. Looking at these reviews, it’s weird that suddenly after the first one star review, Dr. Bandi was instantly flooded with five star reviews. Is it ethical to encourage your patients to leave you five star reviews on Google?

Most appointment time spent with medical student. Incorrect test ordered and ignored medication history which gave misleading test results. Visit felt rushed and not taken seriously with doctor. Promised to do everything she could and stopped at blood tests. Feel mistreated due to insurance and other factors.

Dr. Bandi is absolutely wonderful. She has been my allergist for the past 2 years and has always been nothing but helpful, professional, and kind. She always spends as much time as needed to answer all my questions which demonstrates her great skills and expertise. I am very pleased with the entire allergy team at Rush.
