Please stay away from this dental care. I went a couple of times (always on time) to check for a crown and a wisdom tooth. They suddenly without explanation after I had paid for all the scans and checkup terminated the relationship as the letter below without a single word of explanation. This is proper mistreatment to receive all this money for scans and then decide not to treat me without a single word of explanation. They might have realized they were at capacity but they should have realized this before starting treatment. Stay away please

I've been a patient here for many years. The dental hygienist is great, and so is the dentist. I had a cleaning on November 6, 2025. At the end of the appointment, I was told that my charge was $ 0 since I assumed that annual dental visits were fully covered by my insurance. On January 9th, 2026, I received an email to pay $162.00. Then, on January 13th, I got another email saying my balance was now $167, which included a $5 late fee. This isn't the first time I've had billing issues. in addition, they want, you to pay a service fee for using a credit card. Who carries that much cash to pay a dentist's bill?
