Dr Kaufman and his team are dedicated and skilled. He's performed many exacting and difficult procedures for me at the highest quality. His dental assistant, Rebecca, is top notch and the two of them work beautifully together as a team. Personable and skilled, what more could you want!

I have asked 3 times for my "all" my appointments to be canceled but yet I keep getting texts one saying I will be charged during a very difficult time for me. In order to run a successful practice you should pay attention outside of the dental chair spectrum.

Smile Design is an excellent dental service. They are very well organized in their records and payment procedures, and it is very clear what the expenses will be and how to pay them. They do a great job of notifying in advance of an appointment and setting appointments in advance. I also really like that I have the same hygienist every time, so we get to know each other. The dentists are very careful and tell you clearly what needs to be done. Considering that dental appointments have often been painful and stressful with other dental practices, my overall feeling about Smile Design and Dr. Kaufman is that I trust them--and that is a huge thing to say!

My dentist in Iowa who did my implants referred me to Dr. Kaufman as I was having problems. I’ve seen him twice over the past couple of years and he is exceptional in all ways. The assistants and office personnel are also fabulous. Thank You
