My first time visiting Solve Clinics for PRP treatment. The clinic was spotless, beautifully designed, and very welcoming. The staff were professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. There are many other treatments offered here, and after this experience, I’d definitely consider coming back to explore more of them. Highly recommended.

I purchased the rugged men's facial, my service was provided by Brittany. I enjoyed the relaxing environment, the tea/tea bomd complimentary drink was much needed and added to my relaxation. Britney was amazing, she explained the process and made sure all my questions were answered. I left with my skin feeling very supple, hydrated and polished. The whole process took about an hour, so it's great for people with a busy schedule or those looking for an experience that doesn't take all day. I will definitely be back to indulge in more that this spa has to offer.

Really loved my service with Brittany! She was super understanding of my skin needs and provided the best treatment after hearing my concerns! The owner of solve is also great! He reached out personally after my service to ask how the treatment went. Feels like the team really cares about their patients and I will be returning.

I’ve been going to the River North location for PRF treatments for 1.5 years and boy let me tell you, I’d be a hat guy if I hadn’t. The staff is very welcoming and the types that get to know you a little after repeat visits. It took about 6-8 months to start to see results, so don’t expect to go in once and look like a different person the next day. If you’re thinking about going in for any service, don’t wait!
