I've visited this office twice in the past two years. Both times, my mother was visiting from overseas and needed to see a doctor without insurance (eye infection the first time; running out of sleep medicine the second time). We had a really good experience in the office. The doctor was very patient-centered and my mom who doesn't speak English liked him too. My other alternative would have been a lot slower/inconvenient and a lot costlier.

I'm visiting from the UK for business and developed very painful tonsillitis as soon as I got to the States. I was a walk-in to South Loop Urgent Care today and was treated with kindness and sympathy throughout. The medical team and doctor went above and beyond to ensure I left with the right prescription to get me back on my feet. Would definitely recommend.

Do not go here it will be a waste of time. Was sent away because I have an HMO although they are in-network. When doing so the doctor did not identify himself but asked to see my insurance card.

We had a fantastic experience at this urgent care clinic. The staff were friendly and professional and we were in and out very quickly. Very efficiently run and pleasant overall, and feel that my son received excellent care.

On July 26, it was close to 7:00 pm when I called South Loop Immediate Care. They close at 7, and when I explained the injury, the helpful person on the phone talked to Dr. Kahn who said he would see the patient if he arrived by 7:30. Upon arrival, he was treated immediately by Dr Kahn and his staff. I was very impressed by the compassionate, quality care they provided. They went above and beyond! I would highly recommend Dr Kahn and South Loop Immediate Care!

The students were great! They were caring, kind, and patient. The doctor told me that you cannot see finger fractures or breaks on an x-ray and did not give me one. He said it was prabably a jam (its not). So now I have to make another appointment somewhere else because I want to know what's wrong with my finger 🫠
