Best Doctors Ever!!!!! They listen and pay attention

Walked over to this urgent care and arrived at 9:45am. Unfortunately, they were closed even though I double checked their website and google to verify opening hours. The sign on the door said 9:30am. I really wanted to give my business to a neighborhood urgent care. Maybe I should have called before leaving but they take walk ins as noted on their website. Hoping this was just a one off.

I came because of a rash on my arm. The clinic was dark and gross. The exam chairs were covered with what looked like a dirty black drop cloth made of t-shirt material. The doctor barely looked at my skin. It was too dark for him to see anything anyway. The only pro was that the nurse treated me with kindness. I hope she finds a better place to work.

I've visited this office twice in the past two years. Both times, my mother was visiting from overseas and needed to see a doctor without insurance (eye infection the first time; running out of sleep medicine the second time). We had a really good experience in the office. The doctor was very patient-centered and my mom who doesn't speak English liked him too. My other alternative would have been a lot slower/inconvenient and a lot costlier.

I'm visiting from the UK for business and developed very painful tonsillitis as soon as I got to the States. I was a walk-in to South Loop Urgent Care today and was treated with kindness and sympathy throughout. The medical team and doctor went above and beyond to ensure I left with the right prescription to get me back on my feet. Would definitely recommend.
