Communication between doctors and patient is almost non existent and office staff is not effective enough to communicate billing, treatment, appointments needed, etc

Unfortunately the communication has been incompetent more recently from office staff so I changed after going there for a few year.

I really liked going here and I like the doctors but the receptionist did not communicate the charges or care very well, to the point that I no longer felt safe going there. I think the receptionist should be able to communicate with accurate information in a medical setting.

Had a wonderful experience earlier this month with Lily (front desk) and Dr. Akbar for my permanent crown. No pain whatsoever, A perfect fit of the crown - No need for injection. Just Happiness and Smiles!! Thank you so much!
