I see Nico for Botox and he’s the best! I never feel rushed when I’m in his chair because he always takes time to explain the treatment and answer any questions I have. I’m always happy with the results.

I’ve been going to Spaderma for over a year now and have done the Hydropass along with several different treatments. During that time, I’ve visited multiple locations and worked with a variety of aestheticians, and I’ve consistently had great experiences. Recently, I’ve been going to the West Loop location and seeing Meghan, and I can’t say enough good things about her. She’s incredibly thorough, takes her time, never makes me feel rushed, and always makes me feel comfortable. I’ve seen amazing results since working with her, and I truly look forward to my appointments. I also want to recognize the entire team at the West Loop location. Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their clients. There was a time when I experienced a panic attack during an appointment, and the way the team supported me and made me feel safe and comfortable meant more than they probably realize. I’ll always be grateful for the compassion they showed me during a really scary moment. The treatments are great, but it’s the people at the West Loop location that make the experience so special. Highly recommend.

I had a bad experience w Michelle Holmes that left me with a dark hyperpigmentation mark after getting a chemical peel with her because she was so rough the whole time. I wouldn’t recommend her for chemical peels/facials if you have acne. I had chemical peels/extractions done at SpaDerma before and never had such a rough and rushed experienced.

I had an amazing experience here! Michelle was absolutely wonderful very knowledgeable, patient, and informative. She took her time with me, didn’t rush the appointment, and really listened to my concerns. She explained all of the products thoroughly, went over different treatment plan options that I could customize to fit my goals, and even gave me her contact information in case I had any questions afterward. She also explained their rewards system, which is honestly amazing and made me even more excited to start my skincare journey here. I also want to give a special thank you to Sesha at the front desk. She was so kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. Being greeted warmly right away really made the experience feel comfortable and inviting. The customer service overall was excellent, and I’m truly looking forward to coming back!

Paid full price, received 1 out of 5 zones. I booked a 5-zone laser hair removal session for $115. I arrived 6 minutes late. Without any prior warning, the technician refused to do 4 of the 5 zones — then completed the one zone in under a minute. I was still charged the full $115. No refund, no rescheduling, nothing. Completely dishonest. Avoid this place.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Meg and Nico are the best! SpaDerma makes it easy to schedule, their front desk staff is always so kind, and they have a great assortment of products to buy. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a med spa in Chicago.
