The nursing staff were incredible! They made sure I felt safe, comfortable, and was well-informed about the procedure I was having.

Thank goodness for the doctors at Stellar Pain Spine who provide pain relief. For an individual who suffers from chronic pain, the radio frequency ablation (RFA) and injection treatments allow me to have a good quality of life. The treatments may seem a bit scary at first, but once you understand the procedure and reap the benefits- it’s definitely a game changer. Thank you to Doctors Shah, Morker and Rizvi and their staff for your professionalism, outstanding care, and attention.

Everyone here is so nice and helpful. For the first time in years I have no back pain and it is great.

Pain in the body is nothing new for many people, especially as they grow older. How you are treated can make all the difference in the world. I’ve recently received treatment at Stellar Pain Clinic where you are initially welcomed by a very warm professional team. Apart from the fact that they treat you for your pain, it’s how you are made welcome throughout your complete experience with the staff. After multiple past experiences, I’d definitely recommend anyone with similar conditions to make an appointment , and potentially say goodbye to that which creates discomfort, restless nights, and loss of activities. They have been great with me, as I’m sure they can be with others too.

Had my pain shots done here, had the doctor explaine everything to me. He explained how the pain receptors work. Great staff, from the front desk to the pre-op nurse, and finally the O.R staff. I was referred to SAMEER Shah, MD, Pain Specialist, by my Primary Care Physician to manage my chronic lower back pain. Dr Shah was attentive, listened to my description of level of pain and ordered a battery of diagnostic tests on which he based the best treatment plan, specifically for my pain. Among some procedures, Radio frequency Ablation is the most helpful reducing my pain level to a minimum whit out the need of medication. I’m active pursuing my hobby, chores due to the no-to-minimum pain level. I’m grateful to Dr. Shah and his exceptional team at Stellar Pain and Spine for giving me Back the joy of Life.

Dr Shah is an exceptional surgeon. He restored my mobility twice, I had horrific sciatic pain that immobilized me, after my second procedure my pain was gone entirely , I did some therapy and was walking again pain free! Then came the Lyrica allergic reactions immobilized me again! Dr Shah said we need to do Plasma Injection , He injected me with plasma and my home therapist noticed a drastic difference in 5 days. I was walking again without the cane or Walker my spine was perfectly straight. I resumed my life walking and pain-free till I had a car accident and got minor whiplash. We started working on my neck . Once again plasma to the rescue along with RFA to get rid of the arthritis, and an epidural to keep this stenosis away, we were headed in the right direction almost pain-free and then my face started hurting by my ear and jawline .So Dr Shah called me up and said can I stick needles in your head? I would like to do an occipital nerve block. I said ok;. It was an office procedure, by the time I got home my face pain was gone! Well I was doing maintenance until I tripped on an area rug and cracked my kneecap! So now I have to let that heal and then Dr Shah will give me some steroids and maybe d I'll be on my way again, Dr. Shah does it again! 4 for 4 keeping me walking . He did steroid injections in my knees 2 weeks after I cracked my knee cap alot of fluid drained,the swelling is gone then I strained the ligament! Plasma to the rescue! 4 days later good as new. Originally the orthopedist said 2 to 3 months! Dr Shah is always patient and compassionate with me, he changed my life I probably wouldn't be alive if I had to live in a wheelchair. His associates are very nice also, they all function as a team. I believe Stellar Pain and Spine is the number one pain clinic in Chicago and Dr Shah,Dr.Rizvi,and Dr.Morker made it that way with rheir hard work and dedication! Thanks Stellar!

Top-notch caring doctors with multiple locations. Equally important is their extremely pleasant staff. Special props go out to Teresa, the office manager. If you've ever seen the circus performer keeping a multitude of-plates spinning simultaneously, you've had a peek into Teresa's job life. She somehow handles both offices, takes frantic patient calls, knows everything about insurance, billing, parking and where to inject the spine during an epidural. (Fine, maybe the last one is a fictional, but still). Teresa remains kind and caring throughout. She is a vital cog in the operation of this business. Props to her and the docs who hired her. In summary, this is a wonderful facility with excellent physicians and a great supporting cast. Highly recommended.
