This doctor misdiagnosed my sister cause her life-long issues. The wait is horribly long even with an appointment. Honestly, he is not worth the wait. Please do yourselves a favor and see doctors from Rush or Northwestern instead of this highly incompetent doctor. I do not trust any of his medical opinions.

Saying that this doctor is horrible is an understatement. He is the most incompetent doctor that I've ever met next to Dr. Danny Choy. He misjudged my medical issue, which has turned into a lifelong issue of embarrassment, pain, and judgement from normal members of society. Please do not see this doctor unless your issue is as simple as a cold.

Dr. Wong was the best doctor my family ever used. It is true that the wait was long and the staff gave you the feeling that they would prefer you were asian-Dr.Wong was worth it. He would still be our family doctor if we lived closer.

I would not recommend anyone to this place. Terrible staff, only one out of the 3 there was courtesy the other two was terrible, rude. We were there for a 10:30 appointment and was still waiting in the room till 11:50. The staff just left us in the room to wait with no follow up so we decided to leave without waiting any further.

Normally, 30 minutes to 1 hour wait time is acceptable for office visit with appointment. 2 to 3 hours wait time in the office before seeing the doctor is painful.They should manage their appointment for effectively and don't need patient wait too long. Dr. Wong is very accuracy in diagnosing a problem which the main reason I picked him for my kids primary care.
