First of all I am greeted by the lovely and vivacious receptionist, Jamie, as soon as I walk into the new office environs of One Magnificent Smile. Then the ever professional hygienest Joanne Butters escorts me into my spacious cubicle with a stunning western view of the Chicago skyline. This is my happy place for my annual dental checkup and cleaning. At the conclusion of my cleaning I am greeted by the newest member of the dental team for an evaluation. I appreciate the excellent, professional consistency of the entire dental staff in making my visit thorough and worthwhile in the terrific dental maintenance for my well being. I also enjoy the new digs of the new office facility very much. What a wonderful place for excellent dental care. See you in October!

Love the new offices and the friendly staff and really like my hygienist Karyn Tanis and dentist Dr. Alison Bebar! I highly recommend this dental practice to all my friends here in downtown Chicago!!

I've been a patient of Dr. William Frericks for over 30 years. This is the BEST and MOST professional practice in the city of Chicago. From the minute you walk in with Jamie welcoming you to JoAnn (the BEST hygienist EVER) and Dr. Bill...wouldn't let anyone else be my dentist. Trust these people tremendously. LOVE the new offices!!

I have been coming here for years and it is the best dentist office. Everyone is so friendly, the team goes above and beyond, and the space is beautiful. Jaime at the front desk is warm, knowledgeable, and makes you feel at home! Dr. Frericks is a stellar dentist with years of experience. No place else I would ever go!

I just called this clinic to schedule a new patient appointment, and my experience was very disappointing. A woman answered the phone and asked, “Hi, how may I help you?” I said good morning and started explaining that I was looking to schedule a new patient appointment, but she suddenly hung up on me. I called back to understand what happened, but she became very aggressive when I politely asked why the call had been disconnected without any explanation. When I asked if this was how patients are usually treated at the clinic, she replied, “Yes.” I was honestly shocked by how rude and aggressive she was. I had read many positive reviews about the doctors and their work before calling, which is why I chose this clinic in the first place. However, no matter how good the doctors may be, poor customer service like this leaves a very bad impression.

My appointment was for my quartely cleaning. Joann did a terrific job & also did a digital picture of my tooth implant. I have been very happy with the care at this office.
