Todd Ochs's Online Review Report Card

Doctor Ochs is great with my 2 year old son. There’s one woman at the front desk that can be nice some days, but rude other days. The office smells like Chinese restaurant. Please don’t eat in the front desk. But my big concern is about the time. For an appointment at 9:00am. They ask you to be there at 8:45am. they say you have to wait more. No respect.

Dr Ochs was my pediatrician for many years. He encompasses an extreme level of humanity within his profession. He profoundly cares about each patient and parents/families by meeting every singular concern for every individual. He never leaves any untouched stones. He will always be our “Miracle” pediatrician and dearest friend in our life. He is a rare gem and anyone is blessed to have Dr. Ochs in their life.

Wonderful pediatrician who gives every patient his full attention and time. I love his sense of humor and ability to relate to both parent and child. Over the years we’ve also enjoyed seeing the nurse practitioners. Really the only reason I knocked a star off this practice is due to the front desk staff. I don’t know how many times they’ve been simply impatient and rude in tone or words over the phone, but it’s enough now that I almost expect to be met with an unpleasant experience when I call. A better vetted or trained staff who is willing to give time and professionalism to parents on the line would go a long way.

THE most caring pediatrician EVER! Best thing our family has done was to visit this wonderful human being and caring staff. Thank you for being there for the children and their families. You are appreciated.

Has been my children's pediatrician for over 20 years! Love his character and professionalism, down to earth type of doctor. No-nonsense, realistic doctor.

W have two young kids that are in the care of doctor Ochs and have a always received great guidance care and advice on a variety of typical childhood illness. I appreciate that listens, gives reassurance and isn't too aggressive with with treatments. At times there's a bit of a wait for appointments which comes with being a very sought after doctor. The staff and the nurse practitioners have been awazing as well.

He's been my daughter's doctor for 3 years now and I wouldn't even consider changing. The office is great friendly environment, we loves the staff. Sometimes it takes a minute for them to answer phone calls but that's because they're always so busy. The nurse practitioner is just as great as Dr ochs!
