I had a wonderful experience at this spa. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit. The service was excellent, and I truly appreciated how warm and inviting they were. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

I’ve been coming to Tres Jolie Med Spa for the past 2 years, and they have always been incredibly professional and welcoming. I usually see Dr. Perez, who I absolutely love and trust, but I was in desperate need of a touch-up before my son’s graduation in two weeks 😩 Unfortunately, Dr. Perez was fully booked, and I started panicking because I waited until the last minute to schedule (completely my fault lol). Thankfully, they were able to get me in with Nurse Marbella, and although I was nervous stepping out of my comfort zone, she made me feel SO comfortable from the moment I walked in. She is incredibly sweet, professional, and easy to talk to — honestly felt like I was chatting with one of my girlfriends ❤️ The entire staff is always amazing, and experiences like this remind me why I’ve stayed loyal to Tres Jolie for so long. Highly recommend!

I have been to Tres Jolie about three times. First I had a consultation with Dr. Perez on lip filler. I had done several rounds of injections and she was very honest and said that in order to get lip filler, we needed to dissolve what I already had since it had migrated. I knew this but appreciated the fact that she took the time to explain the why of it. At other places I had gone to, they were willing to just do it or not explain the why to my satisfaction. Yesterday, 1/9/26 I went in and got my lip filler and the results were amazing! My lips are swollen and bruised. But Dr. Perez explained to me exactly where the bruise would be and to expect it to be noticeable. I woke up today and she was right but since she warned me I am not freaking out about it. I expected it. As she was applying the filler, the time she took to ensure that it was right, was like my lips were her art canvas and she needed to create a perfect masterpiece! I loved it! Dr. Perez's commitment to quality service and great work compares to none other that i have experienced and i have gone to plenty medical spas and consulted with a good amount of doctors. SHe has me as a patient for life! The whole team at Tres Jolie deserve a standing ovation. Their customer service is top notch all around. If you are thinking of trying a new medical spa that offers a wide range of services, do not hesitate - better yet don't walk run - to Tres Jolie. You will not be disappointed.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE, I scheduled a skin consultation + facial service. Upon entering I was kindly greeted by the receptionist and made the consent forms so easy to complete. The facility was very clean and neat. Sara was the aesthetician I’d be working with and she was incredibly thoughtful and knowledgeable about all things skin!!! She took her time during my Diamond Facial service and so gentle on my skin. Afterward she shared her findings from the consultation and offered recommendations to improve the health of my skin. I literally cannot wait to be back and support this business !

Absolutely great service and staff! Always smells amazing and the ambience is perfect! I will continue to recommend this place to anyone in need of a med spa!

I have been going to tres Jolie for a little over a year now and the whole team and Dr. Perez are extremely thorough. Dr. Perez is the kind of doc that wants to ensure whatever treatments I do all make the most sense as far as my skin type, face structure, etc. I always see new kind of procedures online and I feel like most of us just want to try it but she’s very adamant about explaining it long term and if it makes sense for me. For example, if I want to do morpheus than I should hold off on x laser treatments etc etc. She genuinely cares and so does her staff. I’ve done EZ gel and boot and I had a fair amount of acne when I first came in and with her advice my skin is finally getting back to normal. Couldn’t recommend this med spa more.

always been my go-to for a couple years now— I’ve never had a bad experience here. both the doctor and nurse are very understanding of what you want, but will be honest with what’s realistic. definitely recommend

I had such an amazing experience. Today I had my first laser hair removal for my underarm area. Since the very beginning from consultation to today I have received such great service. I had Fanny doing my laser removal today and she is so funny and great to talk with. She made me feel at ease, comfortable and was always making sure I was doing ok during the process. Cannot wait for my next sessions. Such an amazing place it is.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I scheduled an appointment well in advance, specifically before an international trip, and made it very clear how important the timing was. I planned my entire schedule around a Saturday appointment. In the days leading up to it, I received multiple calls from the business offering to reschedule me for an earlier date and time. I declined each time, emphasizing that I needed to keep my original appointment. Then, on the morning of the appointment, I received a text informing me that it was canceled because the esthetician had called off sick. This felt incredibly frustrating and ironic given the repeated attempts to reschedule me earlier in the week. It gave the impression that my slot was never respected in the first place. Despite noting my specific needs in the system, I felt completely disregarded and, honestly, discriminated against. This experience was unprofessional and left me feeling devalued as a client. I had been looking forward to this service before my trip, and now I’m leaving not only disappointed but deeply disheartened!
