I love the new location if anyone is looking for a good place to take a date or your kids you can't go wrong.

These are the people that saved my life and that is 100% the truth. They are the ones who came to my rescue when I couldn't get a soul to listen to me and not think that I was just spreading some fabricated lies but that I truly was going through something that needed some help and needed it quick and they did that for me. I want to thank them and their whole team

Horrible service, when I call in nobody answers the phone. If the front desk answers they send me to three other unimportant numbers for my needs. Again no one picks up their phone. It seems like the people at this branch either want to get paid for doing nothing, or that they're unqualified and they do not possess the skills to handle this type of job and management. A government ran business such as this one should be open to helping people, especially people that have disabilities or mental illness and should not try to take advantage of people in need with way less to live on that need help. This behavior is cruel and morally wrong. Business ethics is knowledge this business should know already since the knowledge of business ethics is needed to own and operate a business to make money. I doubt anyone in this business owns any certification or College degree considering they don't know business ethics. The customer is always first or at least that's how it should be. I don't know how this business garners customers, probably based on lies. My advice to this company would be to help the people that need and and also learn how to pick up the phone when your customers call, as well as how to help people and how to present yourself for your business when you speak on the phone instead of sending your customers to another person that won't pick up the phone or by putting your customers on hold. This company provides very poor customer service, they conduct themselves very poorly and they should be widely ashamed of themselves. Have a great day.

An organization that helps people who are mentally challenged find assistance they need to live a some what normal life

Really bad substandard care in most ways.One of my therapists was actually narcissistic. When I was extremely sick he was very unhelpful. Once when in the hospital the doctor had to call him because he was not cooperating concerning a very important doctor's appointment.Multiple therapists and doctors not only failed to diagnose my adhd but were abusive and shaming about it.The doctors and pharmacy are particularly bad. They do play headgames with the medication. They say they are evidenc based but they did not tell me important things such as one of the medications I was on causes people to die twenty years earlier.While the groups are ok,. they are not designed to help you reach your full potential, but to stay in the mental health system forever. It's really cookie cutter therapy. DBT was good in many ways but I really needed help with ADHD. My issues were not really borderline symptoms but the inability to organize.I "graduated" from the exercise program, but you never graduate from the medication. This is the opposite of what I decided to do with my health. I am now on only one ADHD medication and not the 10+ pills I was taking everyday. I feel much better now and am much healthier.They do not tell you how much big drug companies send representatives to influence what drugs they prescribe. Most of the mental health dollars go to them. The doctors are living in mansions as well, while the clients are living in extreme poverty.Medicare was paying them 1000 per week for me yet I couldn't get something as simple as a lightbox to help with the extreme sedation the medicine caused me. Instead of giving me competent, evidence based care on this issue,.they told me to buy an alarm clock and drink coffee. I suspect this is because they don't want problems with the medication documented. Now I am off alI that I am sleeping normally.They blamed me for the problems I had with medication = diabetes and extreme sedation. Even had a nurse violently jab my finger when taking a blood draw because my blood sugar had been extremely high. Now I am off the medication they insisted I had to have the blood sugar is normal.Also when I decided to leave they somehow got a key to my apartment , let themselves in and tried to bully me into returning.
