I had an appointment with Elizabeth Zanone. She was good and helped me a lot, but the receptionist was extremely rude. She was that way when I was there for the first time. Today, I had a question and I called her. Before I hung up the phone, I listened to her talking literally shit about me: "oh, this guy is funny; I think he is stupid because why he was calling about this". I called again and I made the complaint, they were no helpful at all. They said the manager was there and she took the phone, said that her name was Nakisha, or something like that, but she was not helpful. She tried rudely to convince me that the receptionist was right, I said that was not the point because I was complaining about her attitude and she offending me by the phone, and the only thing that she said was: "I will have a conversation with her", but not apologies, nothing. Just more rudeness. I am not sure about she was the manager neither, because I think that was the same person, assistant, who was filling my medical form the last time. So, I am not sure about the professionalism, ethics and knowledge of this place.
Parking was easy on the street. Friendly front desk and staff. Doctor Garden was great.
I literally walked out without scheduling my follow up appointment because the woman at the front desk was unimaginably rude and condescending for no reason. I had 3 appointments at this practice before refusing to return and every interaction with her was terrible. she acts like scheduling your appointment is the most annoying thing you could possibly expect her to do. On top of that, the provider Elizabeth is clearly knowledgeable, but becomes immediately defensive when you have questions or concerns about what she’s prescribing. I didn’t appreciate the way she talked to me during multiple visits for simply being concerned about side effects, etc.
Rating purely due to the front desk lady. She talks to everyone as if they’re bothering her when she’s literally doing her job. Abusive tone. It’s disgusting.
Great staff and experience!
I called and left a voicemail with the front desk and it took them days to respond. When I finally got a call back the girl was extremely rude. Her tone was very negative and she did not care about anything I was saying. She was super unhelpful and I ended up I telling her I would find another place.
Dr. Elizabeth is the best! I’ve struggled with cystic acne for years now and she’s helped clear up my skin tremendously. I can always count on her for all my skincare needs!
A BIG complaint is the front desk; I am always treated rudely, billing and appointments not handled professionally and the lady working acts like she is doing you a favor by helping you. She has made several billing errors and has never once apologized. I hate being in the waiting room and hearing her interact with others the same way. I see several bad reviews about her, so I know it’s an ongoing issue. Really like seeing the PA Elizabeth Zanone, she is extremely attentive and always takes care of my concerns. I never feel rushed and the follow-up has always been great. I have noticed a markable improvement in my psoriasis and feel very comfortable with the course of treatment she has prescribed.
Dr.Gardner is excellent!
Awful facility. No air conditioning and the receptionist clearly did not want to be there. Save your time and money and go to a facility that wants business. Unprofessional and would never recommend.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
