The doctor and technician I saw at USA vein Clinics did what they could for me however the advertising about their services and what gets covered by insurance is totally misleading. The visit was a total waste of my time and patience.

I went to USA Vein clinic because I have a lot of veins on my legs. They did an ultrasound and sent a predetermination to my insurance company.  I paid my copay.I came back for my next visit and consultation. Great my insurance will cover the bill. Vein clinics never told me the cost of anything and said my insurance will payWhen I finished my treatment months later I get a bill for approx $3000.00.  I called the billing and they said they will look into it.  When I would call back to find out what was going on they would hang up on me. This happened multiple times.I gave 2 stars and not one because the ladies who work there are very nice. The doctor was also nice I have no complaints about his treatment just the way he does business.  Unethical.

Dont go here.  I had my spider veins treated here in April of 2018 and I STILL have dimesized brown spots where all of the injection sites are.  I have had to hide my legs all summer because of these unsightly spots.  I had this treatment done twice before by a dermatologist.  When she did the treatment there was no pain and no blood.  This time I felt a lot of pain and was surprised to see a lot of blood afterwards.  I wore my compression stockings as prescribed and even for a couple of extra days.  I am very disappointed with the results especially because I still have some spider veins remaining  I wish the brown spots would just go away but maybe by next summer Ill be able to show my legs.

Ive been postponing getting my spider veins done for so many years until now. I came across USA Vein Clinics on Belmont and decided to give them a try. Im happy I did so. Full disclosure I am afraid of needles and I cant stand the sight of blood. The doctor was very informative and thorough in this procedure Sclerotherapy. And Vanessa is an angel She was so helpful and so nice and from the beginning she made me feel at ease. I cant thank her enough I left there wanting to come back.  I know its that crazy. I went to the Belmont location for cosmetic spider vein treatment and could not have been happier.  It was not covered by my insurance and I knew that going in because my dermatologist had done a ultrasound scan prior to my going to USA Vein Clinics for treatment.I made my appointment with Vanessa and she could not have been nicer when I had to reschedule due to a death in the family.  I arrived on time for my appointment was checked in in 5 minutes and was taken back for an ultrasound of my legs within 10 minutes even though someone else arrived for an appointment that was scheduled 15 minutes before mine.Luda the technician is wonderful.  She was efficient and explaned what she was doing and what she was seeing.  The doctor arrived within minutes after she was done and he did the injections while Luda stayed in the room.  He explained my issues not medical only cosmetic as my dermatolgist also stated and did the injections relatively quickly given I needed 4 shringes of treatment.  Luda provided alot of tips for overall leg health to avoid future problems as I get older than my already 60 years.They clearly are geared to treating patients with severe varicose veins and other circulatory problems but I was glad that they would also do cosmetic procedures.  I did not ant to rely upon doctors not formally specializing in cardiac and vein procedures.They bandaged my legs and instructed me to get the proper compression socks at a medical supply store.  I followed the written instructions to wear compression socks nonstop for 72 hours and overnight for the next two weeks.  I stopped by with some questions and they quickly came out to answer them in full.In short I had a very good experience with the USA Vein clinic Belmont location the procedure went well and as expected I had a good outcome and could not have been happier with the service.

I wouldnt recommend this place. They put my mothers life at risk by hiding the fact that she had Deep Vein Thrombosis DVT a deadly disease that take over your body and blocks your veins in your lungs. Doctors never said a word until she went into emergency where it was treated on time. She was off work for 2 weeks with her leg swollen and bruised and they said it was ok and gave her simple pills that wasnt helpful. Please be careful and if you notice something strange go to emergency because they wont tell you or release any information to you.

I purchased a Groupon for two injections for very minor spider veins. The service was extremely perfunctory the doctor spent no more than 510 minutes with me and 2.5 weeks later I have no noticeable improvement. I had a similar treatment through another provider a few years ago with markedly different and better results. I would not recommend USA Vein Clinics.
