African Americans....please do not go to this place. They are offering a $79 deal at the moment. I booked a noon appointment. I arrive at 11:45 a.m. because the website stated there will be a consultation first. The service was supposed to start at noon. She asked me to take a seat and wait a minute because they have accepted someone else. I waited. At 12:05, they start the consultation. It ended at 12:10. During the consultation, they told me I didn't need the $79 service, I only needed to buy the skincare products they offered, which was $2,999. I passed, and said I'll just take the $79 facial I came for. She went to the back and did not return until 12:24. She said my service will still end at 12:30. 🤔 the entire time I'm there, no customers came out, like no one at all, but she told me I was waiting because they took someone else before me. Why would they only service me for 6 mins for $79? So I declined. There was a black guy there waiting also, who witnessed the entire interaction and canceled his service after seeing this. You can just tell that they did not want to service me at all.

First of all more than of half an hour of delay, the cleansing and exfoliating was poor, the results you can hardly see them, not like in the video, the double chin and neck not included. The "Consultant" /sales lady doesn't tell you anything about your skin, at the end of the treatment they only use an eye cream, no moisturizer, no sunscreen, she only emphasizes on selling to you the infrared device and the products they use, she is very pushy and anoing. It was a waist of time and money. I did attend at 108 N State St, Sunday 4/ 19, I arrived 15 min before my appointment

Don’t go there I was supposed to go for a promotion for $79 and I ended up with debt of a machine that i didn’t even want to and the girl was up in my phone she literally took my phone out of my hand to choose what ever package I was supposed to get the tip i was supposed to give and they make me apply to 2 credit companies for a machine that cost over 8 thousand when I was just going for a $79! Promotion i ended up paying over $200 for a service and a bebt of $8 thousand and the girl took my phone and she write a good review her self and she erased the page so I wouldn’t be back to fixed I already changed they made me feel like I was a hostage that I couldn’t leave if I didn’t pay the ransom and the worst thing is that I was not the only one they had and older lady telling her the same thing and obviously she ended up with a bigger bebt please don’t go there and most of the reviews are fake they make them she took my phone and give her self a 5 start and a good review the same way she chops her tip and the biggest package please don’t go there .
