There's a good selection of frames. I was able to find a pair after searching at 3 different other stores. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm looking forward to wearing my new pair!

Decided to check this place out since I’ve been looking For a new optometrist . Right away, I didn’t feel welcome. They were very pushy. I dont like feeling pressured or like you’re only trying to get the most money out of me. When I said I wasn’t looking for frames just an eye doctor the energy shifted Even more . Don’t recommend. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

I'm extremely unhappy after being a customer of this place for more than 10 years. I will never go again. I feel like they engage in a bait and switch telling me they would accept my insurance benefit but then essentially not giving me anything from my insurance benefit. And trying to use my old frames that were very expensive but have them put new lenses in matching my new prescription. They said no. We won't give you any of your insurance benefit for that and and refuse to give me the discount until I threaten to walk out. Wow! This was almost like dealing with a used car dealership or something. Very scammy. I got a very scammy feeling. So yeah I know I'm very unhappy with this place unfortunately. I went there at the end of the year to get my insurance benefit used up before I lose it and they told me they would accept my insurance. But ultimately I got no insurance benefit from them. And they claim they couldn't use my insurance providers lenses which would have been free or heavily discounted for quality reasons. I wonder if those quality reasons if anything to do with their profit margin?
