List of Villagemd's Reviews
I have never received such a run around in all my life as I have since our Primary Care Office joined Village MD. The lack of communication between the person making the appointment, which is in Texas( we are in KY), the local receptionist, the labs in the same office; it is ridiculous. We have been all day trying to get a grand child seen by someone, with a negative Covid test we still can not get in or have not yet had a Telemecical Conference and it has been all day. Now they want someone to bring her to the back of the building for a strep swab. We can not leave work for a second time today and run her up there again just because the inner office communication is so poor. “ Well, no one mentioned her sore throat”, that is the last thing said to me. “ Yes ma’am I have told all 3 people I talked to today that the reason for her visit is to see about her red throat and inflamed tonsils!” The worse case of communication breakdown in an office that I have ever experienced. This is our fourth experience like this with Village MD since last January.
5/5 Stars. Focusing on Better Care at a Lower Cost
Company is all about corporate greed. They publicly claim to care about changing healthcare and can’t even manage to treat their own right
They don't care about patients. They have poor communication. The buyout of other practices has nothing but a nightmare.
Amazing company delivering best-in-class healthcare!! Great culture, incredibly passionate people!
Amazing place to work

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
