The girls here are amazing!!!! I’m so glad I found this med spa :) I am new to town , and wanted to find somewhere good… that I can trust. Mahsa was so sweet and has such a good hand when it comes to injections! I’m excited to come back for other things ;) Thanks girls.

Today I had the Hydradermabrasion/ HydraFacial with Shannon. My skin feels so refreshed, glowing and moisturized! Shannon also took the time to give me a consultation for a skincare routine as well as a recommendation and information on IPL treatment to reduce the sun damage and brown spots from my skin. I highly recommend Shannon for facial and other treatments if you are looking to improve the tone, texture and health of your skin. She is professional, kind and caring.

OBSESSED! I had an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff is beyond lovely and accommodating. They make you feel so comfortable and genuinely welcomed while remaining extremely professional. My injector was incredibly knowledgeable and completely transparent about costs. I never once felt pressured or upsold; all of her advice and guidance felt honest and truly in my best interest. I highly recommend this med spa and can’t wait for my next visit!

Wonderful! I loved everything about the spa from the minute I walked in. Hannah was so nice and welcoming and she also was very helpful with my Aspire account. Charles was amazing, knowledgeable and very helpful with ALL my questions, he was super patient, It was an amazing experience. I will continue to go there absolutely! Thank you Charles and Hannah! I had an amazing facial experience today at VIO Spa. From the moment I walked in, the reception by Nefertiri was so welcoming and kind—it instantly made me feel comfortable and relaxed. My facial with esthetician Shannon was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable, gentle, and truly attentive to my skin’s needs. The entire experience felt calming, luxurious, and personalized. My skin feels refreshed, glowing, and well cared for. I highly recommend VIO Spa and will definitely be returning!

I love this spa! It is located in River North Chicago. The staff is always welcoming and the spa itself is so nice. I’ve had multiple facials with Britney and have had a great experience each time. Definitely recommend!!
