Their Trusculpt machine malfunctions and kept turning off every few seconds. They performed the entire treatment with the machine malfunctioning like this, meaning it never reached the temperature it's supposed to reach in order to get results. Additionally, because the machine was malfunctioning they didn't treat half of the areas agreed upon. So half of the areas weren't treated at all and the areas that were "treated" weren't actually treated because their machine didn't work. This is a treatment I adore but there's no chance I'll see results this time. They offered me a lower price (1k for 6 cycles) to encourage me to switch medspas but I was honestly better off sticking to my usual medspa.

I have followed Bria Nolan to Vitahl as I have loyally followed her for years. She has done microdermabrasion (once about 9 months ago), Botox (brow, crows, lip flip), and lip filler (once/ about a year ago) over the time I've seen her. This past visit was our occasional Botox visit once or twice a year. She has developed a true understanding for my face and a level of care for me I would not want to be in the hands of anyone else. Thank you Bria for keeping me natural and youthful. And keeping my skin vibrant. You're medical background shows through in your attention to detail and bedside manner. Thank you. Here's a photo of my face any day. No make up. You're the best! (35 years and 3 young kids)

Bria is a literal angel and so amazing at what she does! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face! She’s a former pediatric nurse and so experienced in making you feel comfortable, informed, and taken care of. After my appointment, she checked on me to see how everything was settling in. I love my results! I 1000% recommend that you book with Bria, you’re in very capable hands.

Fred and his team at VITAHL are exceptional and provide state of the art care. I had a 6 session laser treatment for my back and shoulders and am very happy with my results. I would definitely go back for any touch ups or other procedures as well.
