After being a loyal patient at Webster Dental on Canfield for over 8 years, I am deeply disappointed to say I just had one of the worst experiences of my life here. My 10 AM Wednesday cleaning was an absolute nightmare. Dr. Khan performed the cleaning far too aggressively, while his assistant completely neglected the suction hose, letting water pool in my mouth. It got worse when the assistant took over to polish. She was incredibly rough, piled dental materials right onto my cheek, and splattered water all over my face and neck. When I complained at checkout, the manager refused to give me the assistant's name and casually mentioned that their actual hygienist doesn't work on Wednesdays. If I had known an untrained assistant was going to do the job, I never would have come. If this had been a child's first visit, they would be traumatized. My family and I are officially looking for a new dental office. It is incredibly disheartening to see a business we trusted for years completely disregard patient comfort and basic customer service. Save yourself the trouble and avoid scheduling any appointments here on Wednesdays!

I had my teeth cleaned by Renata, she is very thorough, kind and knowledgeable. She explained in detail my situation and offered helpful tips and suggestions on how to improve my gums and cleaning. I find her very patient and she shows sincere care, I really like her and will ask for her everytime.

We have been seeing Dr. Bob Johnson for over 40 yrs. This is our 1st visit to the Webster Dental office. The office was convenient to get to and the services performed by Dr. Bob were outstanding as usual!
