I am so happy I found this place on Zocdoc two years ago. Dr. Sidiqui is amazing. Thanks to Weil I can actually make it through my 10 hour work days without pain! Pro tip - park on the top of parking garage for amazing views of the city before you take the elevator down!

I've had an overall mixed experience with this practice. The doctor seems fine and the staff is ok, but the billing practices are concerning. Be sure to review your itemized bill carefully before paying as there may be charges that feel unclear, misleading or overcharges. I've contacted the billing department multiple times, but they've told me they can't get a response from the doctor's office regarding my questions. I've also reached out to the Libertyville office and was told Julie would return my call. She didn't. It's been frustrating and has made me lose confidence in the administrative side of this practice. We will go elsewhere next time.

This place is completely unethical and the billing system here is absolutly horrible.

Like every business, if the front desk staff or those answering phones and questions are inept, the business suffers, and subsequently, bad reviews are posted. I gave the company a second chance and was mildly surprised by how a different office was run professionally. Regarding insurance, everyone should do their own investigating. Also, the insurance company can answer any questions you might have. Knowledge is power. I definitely recommend this company.

Zero stars if I could. My wife saw them for a foot problem in 2023. In 2025, we received a bill for just over $300. Let me just emphasize this: 2 YEARS LATER WE RECEIVED A BILL. When I called they said our insurer said we were covered under a different insurer, which was not true. We told Weil that we would talk to the insurer to straighten it out. The insurer agreed and said it would two months to straighten out. We called Weil back and explained it to them and they said they were fine with that. Last week, we received a notice from a collection agency for the bill. So they wait for over two years to contact us about the bill but then don't even bother to check back with us. Hours on the phone with the insurers trying to resolve it and they send it to a collection agency. Zero stars.

Highly recommend Dr. Baker/+team! He was able to identify the root cause to my achy/heavy feet that I had been dealing with for almost two months in 1 visit! I was up and running w/o any pain the next day. Thank you!!

I saw Dr. Bernstein of Weil Foot and Ankle in Vernon Hills, IL on April 8, 2025 because I had a small sore that opened up on the ball of my left foot. I had an appointment almost every week until my last appointment on July 2, 2025. During that time my sore got progressively worse, Her treatment plan was to take xrays, scrap off the callus that had formed, prescribe 4 different antibotics, wrap my foot and keep it wrapped until my next appointment. In the later part of June she took a tool that was 1/4" round with teeth and bored a pretty deep hole looking for an infection. Two weeks went by and my wound was now the size of a quarter and was not looking good at all. On July 3rd. I went to a different podiatrist who said that my wound showed no signs of any infection and put me on a treatment plan that, after 3 weeks, my wound has started to show a huge improvement. Her goal was to string me along so she could charge me and my insurance as much as she could.

I saw Dr. Jennifer Bernstein on April 8, 2025 for a hole that had opened up on the ball of my left foot. It was about 1/4" round and was barely below the surface. I saw her almost every week until my last appointment on July 2, 2025.During that time my sore got worse until it was the size of a quarter and much deeper. Her treatment plan was to take x-rays, scrap off the callus that had formed, prescribe four different antibotics and told to keep my foot wrapped until the next visit. In late June, Dr. Bernstein took a tool that looked to be 1/4" round with teeth on it and dug out the center of my wound making it larger. She said it was probably infected and prescribed more pills. On July 3rd I went to see a different podiatrist who said my foot was not infected and put me on a treatment plan that has had my wound healing more and more each week.

Made an appointment to see Dr. Hanna Park to have an ingrown toenail removed & also get a diagnosis for toenail fungus. I had many questions which Dr. Park answered for me. The procedure included a numbing agent which she delivered painlessly. She informed me that she would need to cut the nail and send it to the lab to determine what medication would cure the fungus. Before I knew it she was done with the procedure to permanently cure the ingrown toenail. I had a great experience from start to finish and highly recommend this place for a foot issue. BEWARE. I came here with zero pain as a healthy 25 year old to address overpronation in my gait before pain begins. The doctor sold me a costly “over the counter” orthotic that caused me severe shooting pains in my heel after one week. The pain went away as soon as I trashed the orthotic and went back to using no insoles. Who manufactured that orthotic? Weil Foot & Ankle, of course. My foot is getting better with rest, ice, and elevation, but Dr. Baker’s one size fits all approach harmed me. Shame on this doctor, and this office. Cancelling my follow up, obviously.
