Dr. Santiago is a skilled surgeon that is very professional and good-natured. The two appointments before surgery ensured I knew exactly what the total surgical experience would involve. He answered all of my questions. I appreciate the post-surgery followup phone calls from him. I very much recommend Dr. Santiago.

The front desk attendant was great, service with a smile. Completed an electronic check in process and I was called right away for my appointment. The assistant was very polite and courteous, asked questions that led me to the appointment. The doctor also smiled greeted me, was sensitive to my needs and provided explanations to my questions. He checked out my feet, took a sample of my nail and sent to pathology for testing, I am looking forward to my return visit to get a solutions. I am very pleased with the service received.

This was my first visit to see Dr. Smith and it was a great one! Really appreciated the professionalism of the staff. In particular, Juanita at the front desk provided excellent customer service and made my visit very welcoming! Sincere thanks to Juanita!

When I arrived I spoke with the receptionist who was courteous and friendly. My appointment was at 2:00 I was called into the back at 2:05, the service was prompt informative. I was given tips on how to prevent injuries overall great service.

I left out feeling 10x better then I did coming I’n so great ful from the years long foot pain I endured the doctor gave me a a great plan to ensure my calluses don’t return I’m extremely grateful

It was pleasant expeerience. Assistance were attentive to his needs and showed genuine concern for patient. The Dr. was really concerned for patient’s foot. He ordered necessary test to rule out any future problems that would be a threat to my uncles well being.
