Very caring staff. Appreciate the follow up phone call and printed documents about my medical concerns.

***WARNING DO NOT TRUST THIS CLINIC*** Went in for a visit and was billed for items that I never received. The doctor put in my medical record that i received these two additional items so now their billing department will not accept my claim and I am out an extra $200 for items that I never received. Trying to reach a manger to get help in person is nearly impossible as well. Be careful going here. Edit: I contacted the email in the reply to my review and will update the review once I get a response. Edit2: The response from them about emailing their staff is BS and I never got a response. Physicians Immediate Care refused to work with my insurance when I filed an appeal so now they have succeeded in falsifying my medical record as well as fraudulently billing me for services I never received.

Everything is fantastic about this place except accessing your test results. They won’t send it by mail or give you access to a portal. Instead they insist on calling you by phone to tell you the results (this is after I called twice asking for my results). And when you ask them to send it by mail it comes in a password protected file and they don’t tell you the password.

I had excellent care from the front desk to seeing Aisha and Micheal. Very professional and quick to treat me.

The staff were very welcoming and polite and very professional the wait time was accurate no more than 15mins -20mins.

I came in with my son who had a really bad sore throat. Turns out he had strep and a double ear infection. I had a slight tickle in my throat, and they immediately decided that it would be a good idea to have me tested as well. They had me from paperwork to tested - Within 10 minutes. The staff were amazing. Everyone treated us with incredible kindness, and were thorough and very knowledgeable. Shout out to Micheal for always remembering us and our history and making us feel so well cared for.

Visited for employment drug testing and this place was great! Felt like a very clean, safe site with talented employees. Was easy to make an appointment and I had one within 24 hours

had a 9:50 a.m. appointment and arrived on time, but after waiting for over an hour, I was extremely disappointed with how we were treated. Before arriving, I attempted to complete the online registration. I successfully uploaded my driver’s license and insurance card, but the system would not allow me to proceed any further. When I asked the front desk, I was told to come to them for registration, so I assumed the remaining steps would be completed when we were called. Despite checking in and asking multiple times, we were repeatedly told, “We’ll be with you in a couple of minutes.” Meanwhile, several patients who arrived after us as walk-ins were called ahead of us. Only after waiting over an hour were we told that our registration was incomplete and that we would not be seen until it was finished. The receptionist, Sydney, was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Rather than trying to help resolve the issue or explain the process, she spoke to us disrespectfully and insisted that the registration should have been completed beforehand, despite the online system preventing us from doing so and despite us having already informed the front desk of the issue upon arrival. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication and the apparent preference given to patients who arrived after us. No one attempted to assist us with the registration issue until after we had already waited for over an hour. I have been to many urgent care centers and have never experienced such poor customer service or such an unprofessional front desk interaction. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Front desk receptionist Sydney is extremely rude and unprofessional. Shame that she works in an organization that provides healthcare. Would have given 0/5 if that was an option.
