Dr. Brickman is an amazing doctor. My son has been under her care for several years and his progress has been amazing thanks to her. Not only is she an expert in her field of expertise, she takes time during the appointments to talk to my son and address all of our questions and concerns. Highly recommend.

Dr. Brickman is not only an expert in pediatric endocrinology, she is a caring doctor who spends time with her patients to address all their questions and concerns. My son has been under her care for a number of years and has thrived thanks to Dr. Brickman. I have every confidence in her care for my child.

Dr Brickman and staff could careless about the well being of their patients!! My daughter was a patient of hers for a couple years. It was difficult getting an appointment; would take weeks and many phone calls to get test results back! They refused to refill my daughter's thyroid medication 1 month after a blood test claiming they needed to see her again. The next available appointment was 5 weeks away! What kind of doctor leaves a patient without their much needed medication?!

My daughter WAS a patient of Dr Brickman's for a couple of years. I decided to switch to a different endocrinologist due to lack of communication & concern from her staff. They would NEVER call me with my daughter's lab results. It would take 2-3 weeks to get her results back AFTER the results were available. I would have to call the office at least 2 times, usually 3 and leave a message. It would take a couple of days for my call to be returned. NOT acceptable! After patiently waiting a week waiting for her thyroid medication to be refilled, I had to call them to inquire why it hasn't been refilled. I was THEN informed that they refused to refill it because she hasn't seen the doctor in 6 months-even though her labs were done 5 weeks prior; and I was infrormed at that time for her to CONTINUE her medication. I was not informed that another appointment was required, and they would not see her for another 4 weeks! My daughter went days without her medication due to their lack of communication!

Dr. Brickman has been amazing, my daughter has been under her care for 3 years due to autoimmune issues. She is very proactive and updated us on weekends and although she has limited hours for visits, my daughter's health has improved greatly.

Took test from my son twice . First time the test came out incorrect and second time too. Never called us, never gave any explanation. Besides, our insurance paid enter outs amount of money. Very disappointed
