I was recommended to DDS Chen by people I know and had high expectations. Unfortunately, my recent experience with your office was extremely disappointing and ruined my day. I scheduled my appointment more than a month in advance and was repeatedly contacted to confirm it. I even took a half day off from work to attend. On the day of the appointment, your staff informed me there would be a 30-minute delay. I still arrived 15 minutes early and waited patiently. However, even almost an hour after my scheduled appointment time, I was still waiting without any explanation. During this time, I saw other patients being admitted while I was left in the waiting area with no update. This lack of communication and disregard for my time left me very upset and I ultimately had to walk away. I followed your scheduling process carefully, but the way this was handled wasted my time and caused me great frustration. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and make improvements to avoid this happening to other patients in the future.

I recently visited the office for an orthodontic consultation, and Dr. Chan told me I only needed one tooth removed before getting braces. I was really nervous at first, but the whole procedure was completely painless! Dr. Chan and the team made me feel very comfortable.

Dr. Chan is a great dentist. She is very patient and explains everything to me. I am always comfortable in here plus the dental assistants and hygienist are always top notch. There's a new guy, Mak I believe. He's very gentle on my teeth never any pain whatsoever. He's a great addition to the team.

I just had my teeth done a few days ago. Getting an injection on your front teeth should be painful, but this time I felt fine and didn't feel any pain. After a root canal treatment, I felt like I just took a nap and it was done. Dr. Chen is a very professional doctor who constantly improves his professional skills and new technologies while working. When chatting with her, she often said that she would buy good equipment and provide the best care to patients. appreciate :)

Very unprofessional front desk, no respect for client’s time. I had an appointment at 3:15pm on a Monday afternoon, after checking in and waiting for 30 mins. I asked the front desk how much longer of a wait it would be, and they responded with “ Soon” “ your appointment is 3:30pm right?? When it is currently 3:55pm and my appointment was at 3:15pm. Would not recommend if you are willing to wait for at least an hour minimum with a appointment

Helen was fantastic!! Very friendly and professional. I had an implant done and it was perfect! Perfect match and fitting. Very good prices too! I highly recommend her.

Dr Chan is an outstanding and gentle doctor!! I came in for an implant procedure, and left painless!! Dr Chan was very thorough and explained every step clearly, which really helped ease my nerves. The level of care in this office was outstanding !
