First visit was thorough but choice of cataract lenses was not explained. I was told it was a hectic day. Appointment on surgery day incurred a very, very long wait. Procedure went well. Second eye 2 weeks later also resulted in very long wait. Then, in spite of paying the requested amount in FULL the day before each procedure, I was sent 5 different bills, ranging from $6,300+ dollars to $2,300+ ..numerous phone calls and messages went unanswered. Out of desperation, I wrote a detailed letter with copies of all receipts. TWO MONTHS later, I received a phone call explaining they had a new billing system and we’re sorry.. my second eye still hurts (cataract surgery over 6 months ago) WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS PRACTICE. They are way too busy..office staff is very nice, but it feels like a Factory.. phone calls are not returned.

Entire staff was courteous, friendly and efficient. Dr. Wiley’s professionalism and expertise were wonderful. I also utilized the Red Sparrow transportation- it was exceptional!

Fantastic , I feel lucky to have Dr. Wiley doing my cataract surgeries. One eye done , one more to go. The staff is also a well oiled machine , absolute wonderful experience ! Thank you !

Yes, I recommend Dr Wiley. I’m new to the area and a new patient. I was fortunate enough to get an appointment same day in the Brecksville office with Dr Wiley. Dr Wiley was very thorough in his examination and in evaluating the issues with both of my eyes. Fortunately the issues are not serious which was great news and I’m looking forward to the new meds finally resolving the problem.

Covid protocols were followed in the office. Dr. Wiley explained the upcoming procedure and was very thorough in his explanations of my condition. I found him to be very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
