I have struggled for 5 years to find a caring doctor, who LISTENS to what their patients' concerns and needs are! When I first met Dr Geloo, I wan't sure- she seemed a bit distant? But, I couldn't have been more WRONG! The more time I spend with Dr. Geloo, the more she becomes involved - she really CARES!! I went through a very rough patch about 2 years ago - I went to the ER, and psych docs etc - thinking they would be helpful - NOPE! It was Dr. Geloo who got me through..*SHE REALLY CARES!*

One experience with her was enough to get me to change to another physician. It took me more time to undress for my physical than the time she spent examining me. A phone interview would have been as thorough as what Dr Geloo provided.

I like Dr. Geloo but office staff are indifferent. They do not answer phones or return phone calls. Making an urgent appt nearly impossible. They make no accomodations for you if you have issues. Long wait times are the norm. Parking is horrific. Medstar is making no effort to accommodate parking needs. I'd have to say this office practice, not Dr. Geloo, puts patient's last.
