Dr. Donald Griffin is a great, caring doctor that listens to your concerns and you are not rush. I would recommend Dr. Griffin to anyone.

Doctor did great. We financed through care credit and staff never discussed financing terms and just signed us up!

Dr Griffin has been my doctor for the last 25 yrs he is the most caring and compassionate doctor I have ever met and he takes time with you and answers all your questions and if he does not know he will send you to someone who does or finds the answer

I had a virtual visit due to Covid. Im an older individual. So thankful Dr. Griffin saw me, I really hurt my shoulder, and I was doing the wrong thing to repair it. I'm in the "pink" again!! Words of wisdom and an ointment much better than store brands. Thank you Doc!

Best doctor a0erson could have

I was an early "practice" patient for this MD. He lied about how many of the (rather tricky, and time-consuming new) procedures like mine he had already done. It didn't go well, due to inexperience and errors made by the nurses he had then. He lied about the distressing outcome of deformity, pain, and permanent medical damage. He kept saying it was temporary and, anyway, he would fix it after the needed year of "evolution". The year is also the statute of limitations for personal injury suits in Tennessee, as he well knows. He did great harm and when I became upset, he claimed it was my fault, and that the "unrealistic" expectations he gave me were not due to his explanation of what he could do, and do easily to hear him tell it! (These were directly from him. Not being stupid, I didn't fully believe it would look THAT good....but he seemed so enthusiastic and kind I forgave him a little bragging in advance. I was pleased to be thought such good material for the "artist's" work, and I vowed to be the most obedient and careful and brave patient he ever had. For all the good it did me, in the end.). If he does well now, it was because he did horrendous harm to the "learning curve" patients a while back. And no, he never apologized for the verbal abuse that went along with it, and you will never see MY photos in his books.

Very disappointed in my experiences with this practice. Never see the doctor even if complications develop from aesthetic services. Only the see the aesthetician even though I've inquired about several procedures. I find it offensive that a doctor sells upfront discounts, at a high cost, in order to reduce costs to rates charged by other offices. If you don't use the "credits" by spending thousands in a year, you lose the upfront money paid. Just a scheme to encourage more procedures. Griffin has an off-putting attitude. I've never been comfortable in his presence. I'm. It surprised at the negative reviews. If a doc emphasizes profit over relationships and doesn't make patients feel important, no trust is built and when an outcome is unsatisfactory, the doc gets the blame.

I visited Dr. Griffin in 2001 about helping with my breast. I've always had big perking breast most of my life. Then came the kids!!! They weren't as perky as they once were. I went had the money to pay for surgery and Dr. Griffin explained that they weren't bad, he could do surgery but suggested I waited until I was older. I really liked that bc he could have taken my money did surgery and called it a day. But instead he left me feeling completely satisfied with my consultation. Now I'm 46 and I'm ready to make some changes. I will be calling the office today! Funny thing it's not my breast I want to have fixed!!

Finally, a doctor who takes time and listens. Very rare these days. Did not feel rushed at all, and all my concerns were addressed. I highly recommend Dr. Griffin.

This practice made my short list of contenders during the very first phone call when I scheduled my consultation, and midway through the consult I knew that I would choose Dr. Griffin and his team. Dr. Griffin’s skill with body contouring is outstanding! And the level of service and care shown by his team far surpassed my experiences with other PS offices in the area. Dr. Griffin called to check on me at home after the surgery, provided me his cell phone number and even took my call during the holiday weekend after a (self-inflicted) mishap with my post-op equipment. His nurses have been wonderfully helpful, supportive and encouraging – Michelle spent 30+ minutes on the phone discussing options and answering questions prior to my consult; Melissa promptly answers all my questions and even talked me through several “mini freak-outs” before the big day arrived.
