An absolutely horrible experience by an equally horrible physician. No wonder they can’t keep a decent physician in this practice. Interacting with this provider is absolute torture. Please read the multitude of online reviews for NAPC and you’ll understand what I’m talking about. Horrible practice that is not concerned with patient care!

While I think Dr. Jenkins is a great doctor, my family and I stopped seeing her. The front office personal were always rude, I rarely was able to see Dr. Jemkins myself, and the waiting times, even though I had appointments, were 30 minutes or more before being taking to a patient room. Really hated to lose a great doctor, but the front staff were not worth the time or effort, especially since I was the paying "customer". Medical professions tend to forget, I am taking off my work schedule to se a doctor, there for, my time is money as well. "

I have been going to this group for 14 yrs and the quality of care is not acceptable. Long hold times of up to 15 min to make appts, LONG waits of 1 hour or more to see doc once you are get signed in. 15 days or longer to get test results. With the exception of Dr. Cruz, who left, they treat lab results, NOT THE PATIENT SYMPTONS! I am looking for a different group.

Dr Jenkins is old school and clearly does not understand thyroid or insulin resistant issues. When she found out that I also sought advice from a naturalpath she lost her temper on me. I had to back away from her. She said alternative is junk and insults her 20 yrs of experience. It was shocking. She said people who look a" alternative" for treatment are not a good match for her practice. Amazing that she was threatened by Vit D. The other doctor told she got in trouble by her when she ran lab test on another patient when those items can notne treated by drugs. Hmmm.. sounded like big pharma coolaid. I felt bad for the other doctor who seemed afraid of Jenkins. I thanked the other doctor then left. Oh ya, another Doc is running all the test and couldnt understand why she refused.

Dr. Jenkins is a great doctor! However, the staff I've had to deal with in that office are not so great - thus, the low rating. I go to Dr. Jenkins for my yearly check-ups and upon checking out every year, I ALWAYS make my appointment for the next year because it is SO difficult to get in to see her. Today, I called to "confirm" my appointment time and was told I didn't have an appointment! Now, the earliest appointment I can get is FOUR MONTHS out!! None of the staff was willing to work with me even when I told them I did have an appointment which I made last year..... I am NOT happy and am contemplating looking for a new doctor - it's a shame that uncaring staff puts a bad name on Dr. Jenkin's office.

i went to dr jenkins for 4 years.with constant daily leg pain she only touched me 2 times in 4 yrs and never even looked at my legs.needless to say i had no insurance and she even told me that when i got it we could figure out the problem then.at each follow up visit she would have even forgot about what she told me to do or the test from the previous visit and start talking about something else.i never even sit on the examine table.now that i have insurance i am trying to find a GOOD dr that can finally diagnois me and help me get my health and life back.

Dr. Jenkins has been my physician for five years and the first primary care physical in the Atlanta area I have felt comfortable with since moving to Atlanta in 1996. She makes it extremely easy for me to discuss my health issues and spends time listening. She is the first primary care physical after 10 long years and multiple physicians that doesn't make me feel as if I am getting 'drive through window' medical care. I recommend her to all my friends and family members.

I have used Dr. Jenkins for several years. I can't imagine using someone else. She is thoughtful, caring, and quick to refer if needed. I am completely satisfied with her. A big plus is electronic records. I can pull up my records at any time.
