Dr. Jain has been my doctor and my mother's since Dr. Norma Craft left the clinic. Dr. Jain is very thorough with his revision of the patients and in his questioning. He takes his time to listen and you can tell that he is trying to bring his staff and office up to date with today's way of life. He also accommodates to our diverse multi language community.

My sister been a patient for few years now . She has a stroke and has blood thinners, so she has to check her blood every month . When we call to get results they don’t even have it or say that we have to call the hospital to get them, and one of the employee is so rude answering when we ask her something. It’s been happening for like to few months now this , and simply they just don’t have results for the blood . Sometimes it passes a week or more since she had the test done and they don’t even know what is the results .

I gave this doctor's office several tries over the last 2 years, each time I was disappointed. The location was close to my home I had hoped it was merely the doctor having an off day. I'm a younger male and rarely outside of physicals need to see my doctor. The office staff is lazy an nonattentive to the documents and and required forms the are asked for by either the patient of insurance. Many of my visits required me to wait while the doctor filled out forms that should have been completed weeks prior. For 2 years they haven't updated their very repetitive phone system that requires hearing the same thing multiple times for no reason. I have never felt less cared for by a doctor in my life. The physicians at immediate care locations have more bedside care than this place.

He has no compassion or empathy for his patients. You can never get a straight answer and he does not listen to his patients needs.

Dr Jain has been my mom's Dr for over 15 years and he was so amazing, I have made the switch he is a great Dr.

This doctor is a jerk! Terrible bedside manner and awful attitude do not recommend!!! Unfortunately I cant rate zero stars.
