The WellNow Urgent Care had very diligent health care workers trying to serve people quickly and thoroughly. There were many people there but each patient got wonderful care and attention. I wish the facility had x-ray accommodations.

Professional, prompt and caring. Perfect experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt valued and respected. The front desk was welcoming and efficient. She was friendly, caring and personable. I was called back for treatment quickly. The nurse was super nice and attentive. The nurse practitioner was excellent, explained what I needed and made me feel like I was in good hands. I chose this location for its reviews even though it’s not the closest one to me. I made appointments online the day prior and completed registration. I showed up early as requested for our 8:30am appointment. They have a huge sign on the door that says they are open 8am to 8pm daily. It’s currently 35 minutes past their opening time on a Friday morning. No one is here. It’s dark and locked. I’m a patient person. Things happen. But to not call patients with scheduled appointments is unacceptable and unprofessional. I got three kids up early to be here on time. So frustrating. They saw me as a patient even though it was almost closing time. Everyone I came in contact with was professional and caring. The receptionist even looked up a pharmacy for me that would still be open. could have not asked for better care.

I have had the pleasure of being treated at this facility. The staff is very responsive, competent, and kind. They process patients through quickly but carefully. I always feel I have received top notch care whenever I have to visit them.

I chose this place because of the reviews so drove out of my way even though other facilities were closer. The online registration was easy. The wait was short. We were greeted by a most pleasant, joyful and sweet receptionist (Nicki). I had a wonderful kind nurse and a great, professional, sweet practioner, Lindsey.
